I just had the best experience at FUR with my beloved furry friend, Owsley. With his recent health struggles, I wanted to ensure he received the best care possible. The wonderful team at FUR went above and beyond, giving Owsley a spa day filled with love and attention. They pampered him, ensuring his comfort every step of the way. The results were simply incredible – Owsley looks so refreshed and content. Even though he's been a bit more tired lately, I was able to capture the comfort that FUR brought to him whilst he naps. I can't express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional care. If your furry friend deserves a day of pure pampering and love, I wholeheartedly recommend FUR.
Hands down the best groomers I've worked with. It takes a lot of trust to have our Keeshond groomed the right way. The staff are friendly, professional and provide a stress free environment for our dog. Highly recommend!
Love Fur! Henry is a little Tibetan Spaniel who is very reactive to being handled and groomed. But he had big mattes behind his ears and I couldn’t get them out. He also needed a nail trim and a you-know-where trim. I’d always had these done at my vet in another town and it took forever for him to allow them to do this, even with maximum sedation. My new vet does not offer grooming, so we scheduled with Fur (great reviews) and crossed our fingers. When we arrived, he didn’t even seemed sedated, even with lots of drugs in that little guy! He raced inside and was pretty excited to meet new people. I started in about all his problems and Emily, the receptionist, listened patiently and then reassured me that they have lots of experience with dogs like Henry and not to worry. Victoria, his groomer came out to get him and I really thought they’d be calling me in 10 mins, “Come get your wild man.” I could not believe it until I saw him, all clean and soft and handsome! She did a fabulous job and we are so happy we found them. Everyone is super nice and their pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Fur very highly and am so grateful to them for working so compassionately and competently with our anxious little guy.
BEWARE!! Our dog had been groomed here many times with no issues. This last time however, when we picked him up we noticed blood all over the floor. We realized his nails had been cut too short(right back). No big deal at all as I too have done this. However, we noticed a nick on the top of his head as if he had been cut all the way to his scalp(hair was buzzed short and he was cut). We didn’t think anything of this until it progressively got worse. We took him to the vet and he had developed an abscess due to bacteria. My problem is not that this happened, my problem is when I picked him up nobody said a word of this happening. Not to mention when I messaged the owner Emily about what had happened I got the most unprofessional response which was “ I will definitely share this with Nita and Chrisy”. As you can imagine, I was shocked. No I’m sorry, is he ok, is there anything we can do, can we help with the vet bill? Nothing. I’m not a picky person and I’m pretty understanding, but I do not understand how this place stays in business. We as pet owners need to trust our groomers and this here folks is the reason I will never take my dog back to this place and will tell everyone I know how horrible they are!!!!
I love taking my dog here, just took him this morning. They treat all their guests and babies with the utmost of respect. They always have him looking super cute when he's done.
