Very unprofessional experience at Furniture City. The sales associate helping me was rude, rolled her eyes, and made faces to another employee when I asked questions about delivery. I decided not to continue and clearly stated that I did not want to apply for any credit. Despite this, I later received three separate credit application notices on three different days, asking to verify if I had applied. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable. Between the disrespectful behavior and the mishandling of my personal information, I would not recommend this place.

Be careful purchasing from them they have a no refund policy because they sell poor quality products… I purchased in cash a almost $4000 living room set that came broke I noticed right as unpacking it & called immediately to inform that the product was broken they gave me the email to someone who they say handles things of that nature I received no reply so by the 4th day I call the store and spoke to the Rudest lady who offered no solution & just told me that the lady that handled it is on vacation and will not be back for another three days & repeatedly kept saying like I said she’s on vacation like I said she’s on vacation like I said she’s on vacation and I question why do my couches to sit broken because she’s on vacation who handles that for her? She offered no solution and hung up in my face. Also it is privately owned so no one holds their rude employees responsible

Ali was amazing—he helped us find the perfect bed and went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal. Both Ali and Sayeed were very friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I have no idea how the gentleman named Cruz is even employed, he is the most rude, incompetent, and disrespectful individual I have ever came across in any line of retail or customer service in my life. He is a major reason I will NEVER purchase furniture from this company again. I have purchased furniture from this location many times and have spent upwards of $30,000 with them. As previous comments mention it is all fine up until delivery is supposed to happen. We purchased a living room and kitchen set from them this last time and we only picked these specific items because it was promised 2-3 week delivery. Had it been normal.wait tome we would have went with other options, 5 weeks went by and they called to let us know part of our order was there and it'd be another few weeks for the other part so we opted to just get what they had delivered. With sectional pieces still missing, We agreed to pick it up the remaining piece when it arrived as we were tired of waiting and were told only 1 delivery was covered. 3 weeks pass and they called us to let us know they had it, we inquired about pick up and they said they'd deliver it for the inconvenience and they their team would call to schedule delivery. After waiting another week and a half we called back and we were told delivery was not an option and they had no idea why anyone would tell us otherwise. We then attempted to pick it up and were told we could anytime between 9am and 5pm. We drove to the warehouse on Madera to find they close at 230 pm and you have to schedule a pick up time. Every time we call we get a different answer if we get one at all, nobody has any idea what they are doing at all. Its a shame that they allow their employees to talk to people the way they do and to provide false information with no sense of respect in their work. Cruz has yelled, misinformed, talked over, dismissed all questions and points and even attempted to downright belittle us in multiple phone calls. I will say the manager who took care of our ordering process was very helpful and informative, however they refuse to put any management on the phone ever and go out of their way to be rude and dismissive. All in all go to a more professional furniture store who value their customers and take more pride in their work. I'd give it a zero star rating if I could.

Mr. Guzman helped me find the perfect bed for my son. They had some great options to pick from. He was very knowledgeable with mattress selection as well. I’d definitely go again and buy another piece of furniture. I received the bed fairly quickly and delivery was quick and easy.
