Justin knows his stuff and is very helpful. I thought they communicated well while I was waiting for the repair and Justin explained everything well. Unlike many places, I did not feel scammed.

I’m looking for a Geek Squad location that would be able to help me fix broken wingtips of the Beats Pro earbuds. I called this location and Jose was super helpful in answering my questions and pointing to the appropriate location to schedule an appointment. I’m deducting a star because the BestBuy phone bot that takes your call initially is absolute trash, even by phone bot standards.

Had a great experience with Geek Squad—they helped me fix a minor issue with my laptop during my appointment time, and it was all handled quickly and professionally. Man they are talking so many nonsense. I even called before to confirm they can replace the thermal paste in 30 min. After arrive they said it gonna take 5 days. And after they heard I got couple of time of blue screen they just refuse to take any further. The horrible service ever and only make easy money

I had an excellent experience with the Geek Squad from Jersey City for a TV installation. They were timely and updated me regularly. Ana and Danielle were excellent technicians and when there was a glitch shortly after they left (no fault of theirs!), they returned same-day and fixed. Everything works perfect and I was highly impressed with the work ethic shown. Fantastic customer service and I would use them again!
