After hearing that Whitey's had been sold to Gemba, I kinda freaked out a little. But after meeting the new GM and service adviser, I was put at ease knowing that not everyone had retired. My vehicle unfortunately with age had two major breakdowns fixed within days of each other. Paul has been working on my car for awhile now and he's absolutely incredible. First fixing my transmission issue then repairing my exhaust issue was beyond awesome. I wish I could rate GM itself for taking soo long manufacturing the part the guys at the shop needed. I'd give GM a thumbs down while giving Paul and Gemba a thumbs up. It's relaxing knowing who is working on your car. Gemba got an awesome shop with great people when Mark from Whitey's retired. So to John and Paul and the guys at Gemba, thanks for keeping my older car running so I can park my newer vehicle. It's cheaper to fix your older vehicles than buying another $25k+ vehicle. So thank you again for coming to my rescue and getting my car repaired and running again.

It was my first time at Gemba automotive and from my very first call, I was treated with respect and the friendliest, most accommodating help! Reza and staff took good care of me and they are trustworthy with very reasonable pricing. They even paid for an Uber when it came time to pick up my car‼️. I highly recommend them for all your auto repairs & maintenance. ♥️

I came to this repair shop based on a friend’s recommendation, and for the first time in many years, I didn’t feel any pressure to approve unnecessary services. My service advisor, Reza, listened carefully, inspected the car before making any recommendations, and explained everything clearly and professionally. His knowledge and experience were obvious, and the entire process felt honest and fair. A very respectful and trustworthy experience. Highly recommended.

Top notch customer service experience. Encountered tire debris on highway, noticed a problem under car. Went immediately to Gemba, they arranged an Uber to get me to an appointment, and sent an uber to bring me back. Friendly prompt service, very impressed. Highly recommend.
