If I could give more than five stars I would! Tanya Schilling and her team at Goen South San Antonio helped me arrange transportation for our corporate offsite meeting and all of our executives were flying in from Dallas. They were on top of everything, providing me drivers' names and contact information for each traveler. The whole process was smooth, the communication was amazing and, when we needed to make a change at the last minute, Tanya took care of it right away. Attention to DETAIL!!! HANDS DOWN one the most involved Entertainment experts in the industry! And extremely knowledgeable staff, event professionals, and Industry experts who take the time to understand the customer! I have Owned 5150 PRODUCTIONS since 1996. During this time it is absolutely fair to say we have seen it all! So you can believe me when I say extreme dedication is rare and Goen South is a step (or 3) above! Not only is the extraordinary attention to detail in everything they do whether it is a 10 person event or 1000 they watch everything on all levels. As a vendor who supplies services to Goen South I will tell you there amazing talents do not end just with the customers and clients. They also take special time to make sure the entertainment or special event services they are using Are absolutely high end top drawer specialists. Plus Goen South makes sure the vendors have exactly what they need at each event. All of this to ensure the client gets the best possible experience. Again after 23+ years I have seen it all, very very few I would compare to Goen South! 5 STAR.
I absolutely LOVE working with Goen South! They are my go-to contacts for any event needs that I have. They have provided the best games, decor, etc. for my clients. The entire team is super responsive and always ready to help and think outside the box! Highly recommend!
Luanne was AMAZING! She was so easy to work with, she was very responsive, and always made me feel like I was her only client. We had an event at the Alamo. She arranged EVERYTHING, down to the heaters needed since it was cooler that night. They gave us multiple options and had everything in the proposal. I cannot say enough good things. Lauren our onsite contact was always available and very helpful.
I have been planning corporate events for over a decade and, honestly as a control freak, I have a challenge trusting event coordinators to follow-up and follow-through on details. However, I knew within a day of working with Goen South, our event was in great hands. Ashley, the Event Sales Manager, had amazing attention to detail, dependability and creativity. She asked great questions, made suggestions that made our event better than I imagined and delivered everything she promised and more! If all event teams worked as well, as professional and as diligent as the Goen South team, all my events would be stress free! I can’t think of a better company I’d recommend based on my experience with Goen South. Their customer service, enthusiasm, professionalism and uniqueness is matchless! I am looking forward to working with them again (and again, and again)!
