I recently had turf installed by Green Forever Arizona, and overall the experience was very positive. At the time I didn't know this but the company had one of the creative members come out for the quote, Brayan. He asked what we were looking for, measured and quoted the project. He was understanding and patient. At the end of the consultation he gave us his direct number to contact. I appreciated this knowing that many sales persons just disappear on you leaving you without any form of help after a sale with other companies. That is when he let me know he actually wasn't a part of their sales team. During the project I did communicate with him for a few things and he was quick with his responsiveness and willing to help. I would have liked to have been presented with suggestions for alternative layouts that cost the same, or small add-ons that might have enhanced the overall project. Not a necessity but would have been nice. The scheduling process was extremely fast. They got us on the books within 2 weeks. They also finished earlier than promised. The crew arrived on time, and communication the day of the install was smooth. Adam, the project manager, and his team were extremely professional and very respectful of our property. They came in, cleared the area and got right to work. They left everything clean and exactly as it was before- except for better because our turf was in! My only real disappointment about the work was that I had drawn out exactly how I wanted one side of the design, and even though I communicated that ahead of time in the prep process they erased the line. They re-painted a new one for approval, but by that time I was already back at work, and it was difficult to communicate the correction over video. In the end, the layout wasn’t exactly what I planned, although, the upside is that it actually created more turf area which I think most people would be happy with. I would recommend that anyone with a very specific vision try to stay on-site the entire time, not just for the walkthrough. I would definitely recommend this team. One unexpected challenge was our windows. I originally didn’t think they’d be an issue, but it turned out five of them needed screens to prevent turf damage! Green Forever helped connect me with someone who could install the screens in a very short turn around time, and even offered to roll the cost into our financing. We chose to pay separately. It was very convenient that we didn’t need to be home for the installation as we wanted to reduce having to ask for time off of work. For the screens, we mostly had to choose from photos. The screen person did say they could come show them in person, but it didn’t feel like their standard process. Let me tell you as a person who appreciates a bright, open, indoor aesthetic I was sooo unhappy with this. We have a huge beautiful window that we had to cover up. I have unfortunately made my peace with it. The screens don't make the inside of the home too too dark but you can definitely see the screen when looking out. You will not have that crystal clear view outside anymore but your turf will be protected. We chose the St. Augustine - Synthetic Grass Luxury Line. 100 oz weight, 2" pile height. 16 year warranty, it looks and feels very nice. As for pricing, Green Forever was the most expensive quote we received. I’m still not sure how the price is justified compared to competitors; would have been nice to know, but we ultimately chose them because they truly assist with financing — the other companies claimed to offer financing but required us to figure it out ourselves, which was overwhelming. Overall, I would recommend Green Forever Arizona for their professionalism, experience, and quality of work. However, the price point is high, and I wish there had been more design suggestions for our lot and guidance on different options for window protection. We are so happy to be enjoying this area of our home that was by all means under utilized. Thank you Green Forever Arizona.

Brandon took our vision and translated it into a detailed design. Warren, our project manager, ensured every detail was aligned and guided us through the entire process. Most importantly, the hardworking crew brought it all to life — showing up on time, working diligently, and leaving the site spotless. We had a great experience with the company. They were responsive in setting up a consultation and listened to design ideas we had. They were able to take that into consideration and put the finishing touches on it to have an aesthetically pleasing and functional yard. During construction, they were meticulous in making sure every paver was lined up and level. You could see the care that was put into the work as it progressed. At one point there was a misunderstanding of when things would be completed and what days they would be working. But after a phone call, a team was sent over to continue work. They transformed our dirt wasteland and a place we avoided going into a wonderful space where we want to spend time and enjoy. It’s wonderful to look at and I can’t wait for all the memories to be made out there.

We had such a delightful experience working with Green Forever Arizona turf & pavers. From speaking with LeighAna and scheduling our consultation around our needs. To meeting with Andy, reviewing our options and answering all of our questions. To then working with our project manager, Andy. This superior team went above and beyond our expectations. Our family has not stopped enjoyed our new backyard. Couldn’t be more pleased with our results.

Green Forever Arizona did an outstanding job transforming both my front and backyard with turf and rock. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The turf looks incredibly natural, and the rock layout adds a clean, modern touch that really elevated my curb appeal.
