An absolute joke of a company. The drivers need to do a better job at controlling the belligerent alcoholics that are on the busses. They aren't all bad, but a lot of them are and shouldn't be allowed on if they're going to disrespect people. Either the driver's can't hear due to the loud music, or are turning a blind eye to it. They nearly tried to intentionally run into me today while I was approaching a turning lane(they went out of the turning lane then were trying to get back into it as I was approaching it) and were cursing at me for being an employee for the City and just doing my job. There's also been countless times in which someone that is supposed to be on the ride, decides to run in the street after the Therapy bus, like an idiot. Do better at controlling the passengers!
