I had a good experience with the staff overall - they were friendly, responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They also explained that due to my vehicle model, it has a more unique build and they weren’t necessarily able to access everything as easily as they normally would, which I totally understand. While the situation itself was frustrating in the moment (as all unexpected car issues are), I do appreciate the professionalism and communication from the team. Update: Adam, thank you again for your thorough follow up and for taking the time to look into everything further! I really appreciate the accountability and thoughtfulness. Given the context, it’s fair to say this was an unusual situation and not something that was fully within anyone’s control. I’m glad we were able to resolve things, and I appreciate the care you put into making it right. 😊

First time coming here so I was a little nervous, but I glad that the referrals I got were true! They're very transparent and won't charge you for any unnecessary work (eyeballs my dealership stacking up random charges with no rhyme or reason). I appreciate the rundown afterwards of what they checked, findings, and recommendations. Also enjoyed their snack/beverage selection + the infomercials running in the TV (eg importance of wheel alignment + changing filters). Will be coming here from now on to get work done on my vehicle + will refer everyone I know here.

I will be honest, I was very nervous coming in. I have tried big tire shops, independent mechanics, and family friends, and over and over again I have left having paid for more than I was quoted and with the same problem I drove in with. Some businesses bribe their customers for 5 star reviews, so I was nervously expecting that, but I was desperate and took a chance. Guardian Auto has exceeded my expectations. Here are the highlights: 1. Online booking (often with appointments open within a few days or less). 2. Kind staff members who were willing to sit down and talk me through their process and reasoning even when I asked silly questions. 3. Detailed quotes you sign off on *BEFORE* any work is done (they include pictures of the problems too!!). 4. Reasonable prices (I'm a university student and work part time, so I did call around for some services I was quoted for just to be sure [sorry, haha], and, incredibly, their prices were on par or cheaper than others). 5. A waiting area that is comfortable and welcoming for their customers. Upon my first visit they provided me with a complete inspection of my vehicle, but in the end it's given me more peace of mind. When I explained that I couldn't really afford to have all the work done that they recommended at that time, they sat with me and helped me figure out which jobs were highest priority and within my budget. In my opinion, Guardian Auto makes it very obvious that they care for both cars and people, which has been rare to find in my experience.

I’ve owned a vehicle for many years and I haven’t found a shop that I liked, until I found this one. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I was able to reserve an appointment online on the weekend and get in on Monday morning. Their team addressed my automotive concerns and then gave me the option to stay and relax, or take me where I needed to go. I chose to relax in their lounge which included comfy sofas, music, arcade games, snacks, drinks, charging stations, and toiletries to assist with whatever was needed. The cost of services was reasonable, considering the task and the staff was super friendly throughout the whole process. I will gladly return here and recommend their services to anyone who asks.

The service here is thorough, honest, and extremely helpful. The Peace of Mind inspection was hugely helpful in planning for the maintenance of my car, and they were upfront and honest about what should be done in-shop versus what I can easily do myself with the help of YouTube. I was very grateful that they gave me so much information to make these decisions about my car, especially because money is tight. They explained what each maintenance item was, what level of priority they would view it as, and provided a quote for each item. When I called back a month or two later to book some of those maintenance items, the price was as expected and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly with fantastic customer service throughout. When I went to pick up my car on my second visit, they let me know that they had even replaced my key fob battery because it was dying. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to get their vehicle checked out or worked on!
