Ever since I purchased a vehicle a few years ago, I have used Guardian for all my inspections and repairs. They have provided consistant quality service every time I step in the door. When working with their staff, you can tell that they are concerned with the customer and the priorities they have for their car, not trying to make the most money. They are honest in the options available, and the pros and cons of those options, even to leaving certain repairs for later while working on higher priority repairs. I will continue sending my vehicles to Guardian and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality local vehicle service.

I had a great experience at Guardian Automotive. The shop was very clean, and the waiting area was quiet and comfortable with tons of coffee and snack choices . Friendly service and a smooth visit overall, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to others.

Very friendly informative and efficient. I will be coming back for more services and highly recommend. The waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with snacks drinks and fun games. Easy access and location as well.

Amazing place! I went in for an oil change (with a coupon) and was treated amazingly! Normally companies can be a little negative in that case. Chad was very helpful and welcoming, he introduced me to the owner and the mechanic who walked me through the other issues with my truck (i was expecting a big list) and prioritized what should be done sooner and what can wait a bit. They didn't pressure me at all into buying anything I didn't plan on today. While waiting they have a comfortable "lounge" type area to wait in with a complete selection of drinks and snacks. Can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely top notch service ! I was hesitant at trying a new auto repair shop but from start to finish the customer service at Guardian is absolutely amazing ! Very professional staff up front about the cost, keeps in touch and a very well run business that's focused on customer care. Chad is an absolute Rockstar. I look forward to Guardian being my new mechanic.

I had a good experience with the staff overall - they were friendly, responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They also explained that due to my vehicle model, it has a more unique build and they weren’t necessarily able to access everything as easily as they normally would, which I totally understand. While the situation itself was frustrating in the moment (as all unexpected car issues are), I do appreciate the professionalism and communication from the team. Update: Adam, thank you again for your thorough follow up and for taking the time to look into everything further! I really appreciate the accountability and thoughtfulness. Given the context, it’s fair to say this was an unusual situation and not something that was fully within anyone’s control. I’m glad we were able to resolve things, and I appreciate the care you put into making it right. 😊
