I had the worst experience of working with H&S Travels. I wanted to reschedule the booking. They initially said one fare and the next day the total fare. I had to call multiple times and everytime will get new details. The response was to call your airline to confirm. I will never recommend this agency for future booking. I suggest to directly book it through website to get better deals. It's also easier to work with one company and have clarity.

I have used H&S Travel & Tours several times in the past few years and always been satisfied with their customer service. I usually deal with Armaan who understands my requirements and does his very best to assist. I recall several times when we had to travel for family medical emergencies and he assisted me/my husband with our travel. He is pleasant, courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend using them for your travel needs.

Very efficient and responsive. I worked with Aarman and JP. They both were amazing. They responded to emails immediately and were prompt in answering any questions I had. They were able to get the best fare for my trip and also took it upon themselves to resolve issues when the airline increased the rates on my ticket after the reservation was made. They made certain that I did not have to pay a cent over what they first quoted me. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and would definitely use them for my future travels

I have booked flight tickets with H&S travels several times. I had really good customer care experience with Sarita. I should appreciate her patience and the way she is dealing the customer and the way they followup is outstanding. They always find good deals compared to other websites/dealers. I am happy with the customer support that is provided by H&S Travel & Tours. Sarita and his team worked with me for the reservations of ticket to India for me. The best thing about them is their availability 24/7 on call and they reply to your emails as well pretty fast. Usually, I do not get much time in the day for my personal things and hence want someone to be available in evenings to work with me and H&S was one of them. Got good prices as compared to some other vendors I checked and also from online prices. Keep it up!
