Stop looking and book HME immediately! Haley and her team were outstanding!!!! Her team went above and beyond to make sure my day went exactly according to plan. Even with a LARGE bridal party and large immediate family, they were able to keep everyone in order and on time. Her team made me feel confident and at ease the entire process. Highly highly recommend using Haley Makay Event Planning for every and all event needs. Thank you for making my Wedding Day amazing Haley! Seriously could not have asked for a better team ❤️

Haley and her team were absolutely wonderful leading up to and on the day of our wedding. We hired Haley as our DOC for 2/21/26, and she was patient, matter of fact and always available to answer our questions. She always put us first, and really focused on what was stressing us out so she could mitigate that stress. On the day of our wedding, she always had someone right there with us, offering to get us whatever we needed and keeping us on time. She was great at organizing the family for photos, and kept things moving throughout the day. Haley and her team thought of every little detail and truly gave us peace of mind on our wedding day so we didn't have to worry or stress over anything. We would highly recommend Haley!

I couldn't be happier with hiring Haley Makay for my wedding. My wedding planner, Reilly, was absolutely amazing. We had some unexpected events happen during our wedding planning process. Reilly took them in stride and helped us navigate through them. She helped us DIY a few things, helped us really understand our vision and how to execute. Communication with her and Haley was always prompt. Leading up to the wedding, they arranged calls with the different vendors and fine tuned our wedding day timeline to make sure everything ran smoothly. Day of, it was nice to be able to focus on getting married while Reilly and Gail took care of everything else. If anything went wrong, I wouldn't know. Reilly made sure I ate, had water, and that my husband and I had little moments together. I can't say enough nice things about HME. They helped me plan an absolutely perfect wedding.

Haley made us feel at ease right from our first conversation! Having Amanda as our day of coordinator was the best investment for our day. We were pretty heavy on the DIY side of our wedding and Amanda not only made it all come to life, beautifully, but really helped us prepare and organize every item ahead of time. She manage to be there every step of the way with us, to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed to just enjoy the day. She handled everything for us!! I can’t thank this team enough for their support and hard work to make our day so magical!
