My husband purchased my engagement ring from Harold Stevens over 10 years ago and a few pieces here and there since then. Their pieces are exquisite and unique—I still get compliments on my rings! And, their customer service is excellent! Even years later I still receive wonderful customer service whenever I bring my jewelry back to be cleaned or repaired. My fiancée and I went to Harold Stevens on a whim. We weren’t ready to buy anything yet, but we want to look and this was the only place in San Diego we could find that offered an Old European cut diamond. We ended up having an amazing experience working with Ryan. He taught us all about diamonds and gave us his candid advice for how to move forward. When we finally came in to look at options, he showed them to us before sharing the specs. This made the experience genuinely about finding the right diamond and less about the color, clarity, and all the other things no one else notices.
