I’m very picky on contractors and handyman because they always seem to put money over customer satisfaction & quality, But Hatfield handyman really performed with integrity & quality work. Using again & highly recommended

Great service! Love Brandon’s work ethics. He was very helpful and made me aware of other items needing repairs and did them. We were a bit behind. I truly appreciate his patience and attitude.

I hired Hatfield Handyman for what I considered to be a pretty big job. Brandon completed it entirely on his own, and did a great job. He was also friendly, good at explaining things, and far more affordable than others I called. Will definitely hire again for other projects

First off, as a property owner and landlord, I really understand the importance of reading non biased, thoughtful, accurate reviews to determine who to work with. Given this, I'd like to share my experiences with Brandon as a caution to anyone considering his services. I started working with Brandon a couple of months ago for work at one of my apartment buildings. I will say that we did throw a bunch of work at him, and we move relatively quickly but in the beginning, his craftsmanship and attention to detail really ca me through and he did some great work at the property. That quickly took a turn for the worst. As we speak, Brandon owes me over $1k for work that I paid for in full that either 1) wasn't complete or 2) wasn't completed well. Attaching pictures in this review. I paid for a tub reglaze that was peeling, a recaulk of that tub which was horrible, a new range in the kitchen with a missing light, a keypad that was installed on a door with a bad latch, kitchen drawers to be secured that have nails sticking out of it (safety hazard), and a new fridge that arrived dented and scratched. Not to mention, after the first month or so, Brandon never committed to the time he mentioned for a job. He was always late to jobs, hard to get in touch with and unclear as it related to timeline and when things would be complete. He'd tell me a unit turn would be done say Monday, I'd call cleaners to come clean the unit Tuesday and when they got there, Brandon would still be finishing up work. Getting in contact with him or trying to get "after" pictures for the work he did was exhausting. He's canceled jobs on us because of things happening with his son, and again family is important, but it often got in the way of his professionalism, so much that he pushed most of the work he did for me until the evening or weekend (non business hours for me). Brandon also didn't have the best staff. They were inconsistent and he was constantly trying out new people. For example, I paid for his team to paint one of my units and one of my cleaners walked in to see painters painting with no tarp or cloth, meaning paint got on my floors, appliances, etc. Sloppy work. My lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks. Also, Brandon primarily accepts payment on CashApp; there isn't a credit card option which is ideal for businesses. It wasn't my preferred method, as I believe CashApp is pretty casual but I was flexible and continuously paid (in cash), for incomplete work. Very frustrating. It's quite unfortunate because when he's not overwhelmed or trying to take on more than he can handle, he does pretty good handyman work, but I haven't experienced that recently at all. His negligence has cost me time and money and it took me longer than usual to fill certain units because of his work quality. Hoping this review provides insight to anyone considering his services. Don't just take it from me. Look at the other lower reviews on here and see if some of what they mentioned aligns with what I wrote above. Good luck!

Loved working with Brandon. He was super professional and worked in a timely manner. He came over and had an estimate back to me the same night and was able to get the job done the same week. He did a great job at making my home exterior look like new again.
