This experience was for my in-laws' home, and since they don't use Yelp or google, I did not either, but Because of this positive experience, I decided to finally post a review, this has been long overdue. I wanted to share it on their behalf , I have been assisting them. I wanted to comment on the experience so far with Haven Air, a wonderful woman owned business. Donna from customer service has been excellent very professional, responsive, and clear with communication. Let me tell you, the customer service experience when you are on the phone is something special. She kept us informed every step of the way, which was truly appreciated. Jake Henry, the technician, was also fantastic, sweet, informative, and very professional. My Mother In Law Is in Love with him! He took the time to explain everything clearly and explained everything in easy english terms, heheh, made the experience feel comfortable and stress free. no sales pressure at all and presented different options, My In Laws are elderly and with NO patience, and Jake Henry took the time to explain everything 5x (Really thank you!!) Thank you, Haven Air. I definitely recommend to ask for Jake Henry he will not disappoint you!

Sean was excellent while servicing my system at Haven Air Conditioning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared he had all the parts on his truck to fix the issue right away. Everything was handled efficiently, and the system is running great. Highly recommend Sean and Haven Air Conditioning.

Hello, my name is Andrew, and I live in Buena Park, CA. About two years ago, when I moved into a newly purchased home, I replaced my AC and heater units through Haven Air, and I am a real, long-term customer. Despite my busy schedule, I wanted to take the time to leave this review because I truly believe that great companies deserve to be recognized and shared. Since the installation in August 2023, the service Haven Air has provided has been consistently excellent—which clearly explains their high ratings on Google and Yelp. Their quick response time, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and overall professionalism have made every interaction stress-free and reassuring. I would also like to specifically mention Sean Andrew, the technician who assisted us. He was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the entire experience even better. His attitude and service truly stood out. What a blessing was it to have Jake (technician) service my heater!!! Jake was professional, polite, and explained things in an easy to understand way. Great Job Jake!!! In the past, I have had Sean (technician) work on several projects at my home and he carried the same professionalism, kindness, and knowledge as Jake!!! Haven Air Conditioning great job in hiring technicians that take pride in their work and do an amazing job!!!

Haven Air Conditioning sent an honest and highly professional technician anme Cody to my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The tech took time to explain the problem in clear terms, showed me exactly what was needed, and never tried to push unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Pricing was discussed upfront, the work area was kept clean, and everything was completed efficiently. I truly appreciate having a trustworthy HVAC company I can rely on and would gladly recommend Haven Air Conditioning to friends and family.​
