If you live in San Diego, please for the love of god do not shop at Here Comes The Bride. Horrible people. Horrible customer service. No bride deserves to be treated like their big day doesn't matter. These people lied to me & my family. My step dad spent thousands of dollars (between the dress, veil, & hoop skirt it was over $7000) on this dress & I never got it. No bride should have to buy a replacement wedding dress WEEKS before their wedding. I never got an apology. My step dad only got a refund because he reached out to his bank about the situation. I cannot tell you how many calls & messages my family & I made & sent to them without anyone ever answering the phone, returning our calls, or sending a message back. I am positive they screen their calls. I was told so many lies like that my dress had custom sleeves that they were working on...which no one ever mentioned the sleeves would be custom. I was told two weeks into these sleeves being worked on that they realized they had the wrong size & that another store received my dress & vice versa btw Rebecca & Shelley were the two liars we dealt with at that shop. The only thing I actually got from this shop was my veil but only because one of my bridesmaids went to the shop to pick it up for me. I am positive it was the veil that was at the shop meant for trying on. I added additional length to it and when it came back to WA we realized it was the standard length. I think they gave that to her just so they could get me off their backs for a little bit. I couldn't be more disgusted by this bridal shop. Spread the word. Here Comes The Bride is trash. I am so thankful I found a dress I love here in WA.

I had an appointment this recent Saturday bright and early. The owner was there and ready to go for my appointment well before the official open time. Her service was friendly and I felt like she listened to my wants & was truly excited to help me get close to my vision. The prices of the ones I tried on were between 2300 & 5700 (if I’m remembering correctly) I fell in love with one in particular that I did not post with this review because it’s my top favorite right now. I loved that you are able to customize anything here. The dresses take 6 months to ship and 1 month for alterations. They had all kinds of styles from simple to extravagant and a big (but not large) selection. The store was clean and the lighting was great. I loved seeing the cats share this moment with me and being able to take pictures and to FaceTime my friends during my fittings. I would recommend checking this place out. I might be back to check out their next season of selections in December.

From the moment I walked into Here Comes a Bride, Shelley made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. She sat me down, grabbed her pen, and asked me exactly what kind of dress I envisioned. I came in looking for a modest wedding dress, and to my amazement, I found the dress within minutes! Shelley understood exactly what I wanted and guided me with such warmth and expertise. Once the dress was chosen, both Rebecca and Shelley helped me find the perfect earrings and shoes to complete the entire look. What truly impressed me was that every lady in the boutique has a true “wedding eye” because they are creative, thoughtful, and detail oriented. They helped me envision the perfect placement for my add ons, and their ideas brought everything together beautifully. And I have to give a special shoutout to their seamstress, Karla. She is truly a miracle worker. Her craftsmanship, precision, and artistry transformed my dress so I could wear it while performing a dance routine my fiancé and I had been practicing for months. Karla doesn’t just alter dresses. She elevates them. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine excitement made the whole experience unforgettable. My wedding look came out absolutely perfect because of their talent and care. I couldn’t recommend this boutique more! 💕👰🏾✨

I know how the other reviews can look very scary. But I am so blessed to had a wonderful experience with the HCTB team! They helped me through every process even when I was loosing too much weight. I went in for 3 official fittings and if you are extremely anxious of wanting things done a week out of your wedding… plan ahead! I picked up my dress 4 days before the wedding without any stress or worries. You vocalize your concerns… they will take care of you! Every single person here was extremely friendly! Thank you!

I didn’t realize that I was in crunch time to get my dress a little over 6 months before my wedding, but when I came into the shop back in February, Shelley helped me find the perfect dress. She made me feel so comfortable and made the experience easy going. Since all my friends and family were out of state, I got to FaceTime my mom during the dress appointment and Shelley made sure my mom felt included. She helped me decide on the best dress and man, was I in love 😍 I threw a curve ball at HCTB a month or two before the final dress fitting and let them know I was pregnant. They handled it in stride and got me a fitting that was days before the wedding to ensure the dress fit. The dress fit really well and I felt comfortable all day in the dress. With the style of the dress and how far along I was, you couldn’t tell I was pregnant. Rebecca helped the final fitting process and steamed the dress. I also went through them to have the dress cleaned and preserved after the wedding day. I highly recommend going to HCTB!!
