I cannot say enough great things about this group! They are professional, knowledgeable, and make the entire tax process smooth and stress free. What truly sets them apart is how welcoming and personable they are you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in. They take the time to answer questions, explain details clearly, and ensure everything is done right. An amazing team I trust and highly recommend. Never a reason to panic .

I went to this office for the first time with my husband. My mother and father in law recommended this office to us for filing our taxes. Maribel took care of and assisted us in filing for our taxes. She was very efficient, helpful, pleasant, thorough, straight to the point and did not waste our time. She is also reasonable with her fees. She offers exceptional service and offers the best advice when it comes what best suits our needs. Overall, I highly recommend her! Maribel is fantastic!

I’ve done my taxes with Maribel since 2021. The first years, everything went smooth. This time around I sent my paperwork to her and realized when she sent them back that they were done incorrectly. She requested $200 for filing. I clarified the misinformation she input and said after corrections I would send payment and she stated she would file an extension and then get them done. From there, it took several attempts to finally get back in touch with her. Once I did, she again confirmed $200 payment and said I would have to set up a payment plan with the IRS which made sense to me as an independent contractor. Once I wrote back to confirm who to send payment to, she goes to say she’s actually charging me $400 as that’s “how much she charges for this type of return plus all of the back and forth of my emails.” This made no sense to me as you’re an accountant filing someone else’s taxes, you shouldn’t be bothered by the person trying to make sure their taxes are done correctly. And if you said $200 twice, why switch the price last minute? I should have been advised it was $400 from the beginning. I let her know I would not be paying $400 and she said “if I said it’s $200 then that’s what it would be” and then sent a letter terminating our business relationship. The lack of professionalism and accountability is disgraceful. Update 6/10- my issue was never the payment, it was being told TWICE the payment was $200 then suddenly requesting $400 last minute. You knew you were in the wrong as you said on your email, “if that’s the price I said, then that’s what it will be”. Very unfortunate that I’ve requested my tax return for 2023 to be resent since Friday and no response via our very extensive email chain.

A close friend recommended Hernandez Corp to my wife, and I over a decade ago. We’ve been going there ever since. We always receive exceptional service, a level of professionalism that is unmatched, very courteous, extremely knowledgeable of new and current tax laws. Sandra along with team has advised us to help streamline and maximize for the future. In the past they also helped us with Immigration paperwork as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t know about them sooner. They been in business since 1999. We are Team Hernandez Corp all the way!!!! Thank you Ladies!!

4th year doing our taxes with Sandra and she is absolutely fabulous. She responds to us so quickly via email. Always gives us the best advice. I’ve recommended at least 6 of my coworkers who now go to her and they are all happy. I would recommend her 100%.
