Great meal in an intimate setting with Nigiri cuts that were unique and incredibly high quality. The A5 Wagyu is incredible and surprisingly rich.

We’ve been to Hinoki O three times and enjoyed every dish thoroughly. The fish is extremely fresh, beautiful, and delicious. Every course is thoughtful and well presented. It’s a very special and unique dinner experience.

Incredible every time. My partner and I have been 4 times over the past 2 years and it is always beyond amazing. The fish is always the best of the best, super fresh and delicious. The whole experience is 10/10. We love learning about where the fish was sourced from and chatting with the chefs. It’s a wonderful calm and relaxing environment as well. Perfect for a date night with your loved one 😌

Literally the best place to get sushi in Reno. This is "real" sushi, not the Reno-typical AYCE. Expect a refined experience that's not otherwise available in Reno. While not quite to the standards of the best-of-the-best omakase places in the large coastal cities, the value for the experience is remarkable. Also, Francisco, the sous chef, is both a sweetheart and a dream boat. Never leave us, Hinoki O!
