A few years ago our furnace had issues. Another company told us it was going to die any minute and we should replace ASAP. Holliday came out for a second opinion. Much more realistic time frame and cheaper quote. Then on Christmas eve this year our water heater went out. Holliday had a new one in by new years. Great customer service and very responsive.

He was professional, courteous and very thorough with a complete checkup of our furnace and cooling system. Took photos of every item on his checklist for future reference and reviewed with me after.
