This place was highly recommended for adolescents. Took us a while to finally commit because of the reviews. We have been attending here for several weeks and I wish I did not hesitate. Each and every staff member I have met has gone above and beyond for my family member. The treatment recieved positively radiates through them! Everyone collectively has been excellent. I am so glad we gave Houston Behavior a chance to treat my family member who has improved and keeps improving every week! Thank you all in PHP and IOP, and the lovely lady who always greets us when she opens the door!!

My adult child is there and seems the staff doesn't care what you say. At times it seemed they used it against her. Pills before therapy and no real diagnosis because the medication made my child aggressive. After becoming aggressive by the provocation the put my child on a medical warrant that gave them the permission to treat the mental health any way. Unfortunately they are treating her aggressive behavior with ECT which has mentally taken a toll. My child is not herself!! If you have someone going through anger or rage don't bring them here!! They want to test as many people with ECT! Which was banded in the 70!!
