Do NOT Use This HVAC Company — Incompetent and Unprofessional I’m beyond frustrated with this HVAC company. They sent a tech to a tenant’s apartment to diagnose an issue with the HVAC condenser located on the roof. The tech admitted he had taken the ladder off his truck and left it at another job, so he said he’d come back the next day with the ladder to actually fix the problem. Fast forward to the next day, I followed up to confirm the appointment. The tech’s response? A casual text saying, “Sorry, I can’t make it today, Honestly see if you can find someone else local cause I’m getting too many calls.” This was right in the middle of a heat wave, and because of their poor planning and blatant lack of professionalism, our tenant was left without air conditioning—completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your tenants, or just basic respect as a customer, look elsewhere. This company clearly can’t be trusted to show up, communicate properly, or prioritize urgent issues. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Ryan did a very thorough job repairing a 40+ years old toilet, taking it apart and putting back together like it was brand new. He works diligently and charges very reasonably and fairly without taking advantage. I recommend him highly for excellence in service.

I called Javier at HVAC Zone for a new central AC and Furnace system. He gave me several options all with a great price. Super honest , friendly and knowledgeable three things that are hard to find all together. He recommended a Bryant system and the install was first rate professional. Hauled away all the old equipment with ZERO hidden costs. Fast and affordable. Highly recommended.
