After all hope was lost and he was distraught at his accident, a quick google search followed by a phone call put us immediately at ease. The staff at this location were very knowledgable and kind. Cool and courteous. Clear communication and met their self imposed deadlines. 10/10 will use again, but hopefully dont need to! Lol

Boy am I glad I did. From the first conversation, I could tell I was in good and honest hands. I was provided an explanation of the problem that I could actually understand and a promise of an update within 48 hours. They met their commitment and within days I had a functioning system again along with a few recommendations to help keep things running smoothly. Bye bye retailer and your total tech membership fee! Xavier Tristanvia Google I've been a customer of iGeek for a little over a decade. From its humble beginnings before it opened its shop to 2025, the service has never wavered in quality and care for the customer. Many years ago, I had several problems with my old prebuilt gaming PC; right out of the box, it came loaded with Windows 8 (which I didn't want), and it kept rolling the BIOs back to factory settings no matter how many times they were fixed, and after the root of the problem was taken care of, everything ran smoothly. That was very stressful, but some years later, more problems arose: the failure of a graphics card, the necessary upgrade from an HDD to an SSD, and the replacement of a weak power supply for a better one. All of these things would've been stressful for me, but iGeek took care of me.
One thing I'll always be grateful for was Hammad both picking up and dropping off my PC at my doorstep back when transportation was a real challenge for me, like the final boss in a game. He came through for me a number of times when he didn't have to extend himself like that, and I've never forgotten the kindness.
Flash forward to 2025, and I finally had the means to build a fully custom PC for my desired experience in gaming and media consumption. I didn't know where to start -- I'd been out of the market forever since getting a PC anywhere near the level my new one is was a pipe dream, but I knew where to go to. Ryan was there to help advise me on what parts were good for my specific wants in an experience, and I let him pick everything because I trusted his expertise. From the moment I chatted with him, good vibes, and he let me speak, which paramount as a customer. He was chill and patient, and once the parts were ordered, he told me he'd get to work on building it immediately after they arrived. I was relieved.
Ryan also offered me recommendations on peripherals and I snagged some good deals, which I'm enjoying. Having a dream PC that is as future-proofed as it can be for the budget I was working with was nothing short of exhilarating for me. The ultimate tech glow-up in my case after a long period of tech stagnation, though my old PC still works and served me well. This beastly beauty sits on my desk and lights up beautifully, thanks to Ryan's hard work.
The level of professionalism and fast pace of working (under pressure, I bet, to meet time constraints) is admirable. Fair prices and diligent work by a highly skilled team of people is something to be cherished, as it's hard to find as a packaged deal. I recommend iGeek for anyone who doesn't want to deal with the stress of fixing their devices themselves, I know I wouldn't even try if I wasn't absolutely sure. You can trust whatever you bring in to their care, they'll make it shiny and new again, so do yourself a favor and save a headache. iGeek has your back!

jamie cisnerosvia Google I ran into some issues with my laptop.. Out of no where after an windows update the laptop stopped working and this blue screen came up saying that it couldn't load. Mind you All of my work was in this laptop.. First thing I did is call Igeek and immediately they were able to assist me.
I dropped of my laptop and within hours they were able to recover everything and had my laptop working again. Ryan was nice, straight forward and knowledgeable. I would recommend igeek to all! Much appreciated!
