International event venue truly gave me the wedding of my dreams. It was perfect from the decor, to the food, the music and staff. I don’t have enough words to say how much everyone there made us feel so special and taken care of. Amazing job to the entire staff!

Our family cannot begin to express how deeply thankful we are for this incredible facility. From conception to completion, our daughter’s engagement celebration was absolutely flawless. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine heart. They did a superior job honoring and blending three beautiful cultures — American, Palestinian, and Turkish — making every guest feel seen and celebrated. The catered food was exceptional. The fish was perfectly prepared — flaky, fresh, and not fishy at all — even ideal for those who typically do not enjoy fish. The caterer went above and beyond by thoughtfully purchasing Halal meat and gluten free crackers specifically for our family, which meant more to us than words can express. The DJ was provided with a personalized playlist and did a phenomenal job incorporating multicultural music styles, keeping the energy vibrant and meaningful throughout the evening. We also cannot adequately express our gratitude for the videography and photography team. They arrived at our home before the event to capture all the pre-engagement festivities. They were attentive to every monumental moment, capturing the emotion and joy of the evening so beautifully. We are truly excited to see the finished products. Lastly, the staff represented this facility with the utmost professionalism. But what touched us most was their warmth — they smiled, engaged, and communicated with our family and friends with genuine excitement and love. That spirit made the entire evening feel even more special. We are forever grateful for such a memorable and beautifully executed celebration. Please forgive us for not sharing more photos. We simply want to keep these special moments with our family and friends private and close to our hearts.

I had my daughters Quincenera this past weekend on 1/3/26, there was no other event scheduled for that day. I have mixed feelings regarding the venue & how things were handled. I purchased the gold package for 100 guest & added an additional table making my head count 110guest. I had more guest show up that exceeded my original 110. I was told under no circumstances could they add additional tables & they would try to bring additional chairs only after the dinner portion was over. They told me no additional silverware or plates would be brought out & the food was only for the original 110guest I paid for. At one point, one of my guest dropped their silverware & even then, they wouldn’t replace it. They refused entry to any additional guest even after dinner was over & done with & would only allow them in if I paid an additional 987.00. I was taken to a back room & paid & still they made my guest wait an additional 20min outside before they let them in. I’m still not sure what the 987.00 I paid for actually covered, since they didn’t bring additional food but the original food that was purchased & they didn’t bring any additional plates or silverware. I also purchased a open bar for 2hours which I know now was a waste of money. They only had one bartender & the lines to get a drink were easily a 30min wait. I purchased these edible wafers with my daughters picture to be placed on drinks & of all my guest only one received a drink with the picture in it. To get a soda or water you had to wait in the same bar line so again another 30min wait. My assigned event coordinator was Alicia & I can’t say a bad thing about her, she was helpful & friendly & tried her best from what I could see to resolve the issues. She made it clear it was out of her hands & upper management was requesting payment immediately. The photographer was also a delight to work with & made my daughter feel comfortable & relaxed while taking photos. Lindsey was our assigned DJ & she did a great job & accommodated any request my guest gave. Miguel was also in charge of our rehearsal practice & was there the day of & was very friendly & a joy to work with. The venue was beautiful & the decorator I hired (Luxe Memories Events) did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. Would I still use International Event Venue knowing what I know now? Probably not. I believe I could’ve received the same wow factor at another venue who would’ve been more accommodating to my guest. I believe what tied everything together was the outside vendors I hired that created that wow factor & made everything to the next level. All in all my daughter had a great time & smile the whole night. Audio guest phone booth & stage background decor were NOT supplied by international event venue & we’re outside vendors I hired. Edited ** I received a call from Erick from International event venue after reading my review. We spoke for about 45min & discussed my concerns mentioned above & he explained the charges I had that night & the reason for the additional payment & where in my contract it states they charge per person regardless of time the guest are arriving. I appreciated the call & his willingness to want to make things better. Like I stated in my original review, my daughter enjoyed her night & at the end of the day that’s what mattered to me. The venues response back to me was highly appreciated & their willingness to rectify the situation after the fact.

I wanted to take the time to write this review, I would love to give 20 stars. I consider myself a very hard person to impress, and this place was the best experience I ever had for an event. My niece’s quinceañera was amazing from beginning to the end. Professional, organized, meticulously taking care of. Since the first meeting with Leticia and o the very last experience with Miguel. All team, DJ Farid, Lety, Miguel, the catering lady, were all amazing paying attention to all details. The venue is beautiful, they include and take care of everything, yo have no worries about anything, except to enjoy the special moments. They are amazing, we loved our experience, and we highly recommend this place for all kind of events. Thank you for making Natalie’s special day, the best experience ever.

This venue is beautiful. We decorate a quinceanera backdrop and phone booth in the bigget room and everything turned out beautiful. They offer many things that u'll need for an event. The other thing that u have to consider, u have 3 rooms options to choose. Everything will depend in your guest # and budget. The staff are super nice and helpful.
