My husband and I had been battling what we thought were bedbugs for at least 3 years. We had companies do heat treatments, chemical treatments, even had a K9 come in that could sniff out the bedbugs but with no results. They continued to be there. With only one call to Matt Schaffer we had an answer. He listened and then asked if any of the companies we used ever mentioned bat bugs. Nope. Sure enough after thousands of dollars spent battling what we thought were bed bugs we discovered that we had bats in our attic which attracted bat bugs. He recommended a company for us to use and the bats and bat bugs have been removed. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond in helping us find a solution when it did not benefit you in any way.
