Was great working with Alex and the IQvideo team! They are very responsive, professional, and great at what they do. We've worked with them on a number of launch videos and educational videos for our software company in the Bay Area, and the crew is always efficient, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Our experience working with IQvideo was a breeze. In pre-production, Alex asked great questions for us to consider and make sure everything was ready to go on our shoot day. During production, our team had to leave “the set” to go to a separate meeting for two hours, leaving Alex and co. to film B-roll of the rest of the company by themselves. I was a little nervous that the B-roll wouldn’t turn out how we wanted. Once we got the footage back, all those worries evaporated. The shots were stunning, and IQ did a great job directing our talent to look natural and candid on camera. The post-production process was smooth and only took a couple revisions to get to a final product we could be proud of. Our old brand video was 10 years outdated so we contacted Alex and IQ to help us with a new brand video. We needed to show clients and the market what we're all about and our expertise in self-directed IRAs. I was nervous about handing over our brand and missing capturing our company culture or, even worse for us in finance, mess up compliance details. Plus, I needed tons of footage for a main video, ads, and social clips, not a bunch of separate shoots. Working with Alex was a game changer! Alex's approach was awesome from the start—super collaborative. He didn't just quote a price; he partnered with us. He truly listened, asked smart questions, and gave great advice on everything from sets to scripts. Pre-production was totally dialed in: we had a detailed shot list, schedule, and knew exactly what stories we wanted to tell. On set, the energy was fantastic!
