This is concerning all the parents Please be careful because there are kids that they are bullying Two girls between seven and nine years old aggressively pulled my daughter‘s hair that she’s only seven years old, They’ve hit her with their legs and harm her left arm, squeezing her with their nails. All this happened in the castle during Friday night 16 January 2026 when lights are closed and it’s not really possible to watch them. Amine The supervisor went to see the parents that they didn’t even have the respect to apologize for the kids behaviour. This kind of kids they should be banned from entering the premises. My daughter was traumatized after this event. If I may suggest for the stuff to make sure to warn the parents that they should not be any bullying on the playground. Stuff on the floor should be more alert also.

Honestly no, I’ve been to the Kirkland one before and it’s way better. Better service, quality, accommodations. Nothing is necessarily wrong here just a preference do better thanks

The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. Instead of properly supervising the kids, they constantly hovered over us, and when we asked questions, the answers were cold, rigid, and lacked basic courtesy. Even the supervisor set a poor example, speaking in an aggressive and unprofessional manner rather than with the calm and respectful tone you would expect in a family-oriented environment. It’s disappointing to see such a well-equipped facility undermined by poor customer service. ISAUT should invest as much in staff training and customer experience as it has in equipment. This was our last visit with friends. Fortunately, we tested ISAUT before committing to a yearly plan. We’ll be returning to Elevation Trampoline & Amusement Montréal instead.

This is my 3rd visit with my grandson of 7 yrs old. We usually stay for 1 hr, however today he was playing with 2 twin brother he met there and wanted to stay another hour, which was affordable (10$). However my only issue was I find it a bit expense, but when it comes to my grandson, I will pay a million $ if i had to. 🙈🤷

Great spot to burn off calories for the kids. Clean and not too pricey for an hour round. Great place for hassle free birthday parties as well. I recommend
