Island Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating installed our new Air Conditioning System and we are thrilled with their work! They were ‘on time’ and ‘on budget’ and we also use their maintenance services which has also been outstanding. Great work and great people. Highly recommend!

Have had ac issues all summer, after an expensive “repair” our system hasn’t worked properly. Had it “cleaned” a months and a half ago by the same company and today the system stopped working. I was so worried about who to choose to come out on a Sunday to get us up and running again and a game plan on what we can do going forward after the experience I have had all summer but I took a chance on Island Breeze based on their reviews. I am so glad I went with them, Angel was our technician, he listened to everything that we’ve been through and made me feel confident he was knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly got to the issue and gave us several options and ultimately got us up and running again without having to make a decision on more expensive cleanings right away without knowing if there was something more nefarious going on besides dirty coils. We now have our system back running and a game plan to move forward. Will definitely continue doing business with this company and particularly Angel, going forward.

Amazing customer service. A/C went out on Labor Day. Didn’t have any techs available so the owner came out and resolved the issue within minutes of being on site. Extremely thorough. Went over everything he was doing and showed me step by step of everything. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their quick responses to my needs in resolving our issue. AMAZING

Outstanding experience. Within 48 hours Island Breeze replaced my old AC with a 5 ton Trane unit and had my family cool again. All for a great price!

The phone was answered on the first ring. The receptionist was happy to set me up with an immediate service call. Her manner was casual, friendly and she spoke clearly. Very cool of Tyler to get right over the same day I called for service. He was on time, professional and caring. Because of my instant comfort with both the people I worked with so far, signed up for their annual service subscription that will ensure my system stays healthy.
