DJ helped me yesterday and today and about 1 week ago on something else. He is/was fantastic! Great communication and technical skills. Since I am new to my position and Acropolis, he exhibited great patience in answering my numerous questions. DJ is a great asset for Acropolis and I look forward to working with him in the future. Way to go DJ and thanks so much for your time and assistance!!!

Having IT issues can be very frustrating and fortunately Acropolis has always delivered positive, fast, and efficient service for me. My job has been utilizing Acropolis services for at least 3-4 yrs now and every time I've needed help (both when we were in person and now working from home), Acropolis has been great. Their tech support employees have been available to talk even after hours. I can either call or email to set up a ticket, both of which are easy to do and convenient. In a recent experience, for some reason I couldn't connect to the company's VPN. I called and my wait time was 1 min. Then once Caitlyn (I am not sure if I did spelling correctly) answered, she was friendly and efficient. She helped me resolve my issue in 3min. I can be very impatient with technology especially when I just want things to work the way I expect them to (I guess who doesn't😅) so having someone friendly who also knows how to resolve my issues is awesome.The times I've needed assistance before someone named Brian (again, not sure if I used the correct spelling) has also given great quality service and help. Thank you for all of your help Acropolis team!

Very knowledgeable and outstanding support. Acropolis is our go-to for our company network and hardware support. They have been a life-saver, especially during COVID-compelled changes and so much of our staff working out of the office. 24-7 Acropolis is always there when they are needed.
