I wanted to love this but I can’t lie. Ordered the deep clean option but still so much dust - why! I didn’t take advantage of the promo code either for first-timers because it wasn’t transparent. Please do your research! I’ll be looking at other options, unfortunately.

The apartment was absolutely spotless! The bathroom was incredibly clean and left sparkling. All of our requests were followed carefully, including the window sills, which are a very hard-to-reach area for us — everything was thoroughly cleaned and the baseboards looked great. Every surface was cleaned, items were returned to their proper place, and even the blankets were neatly tidied. We are extremely happy with the service and will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for such an amazing job — it truly helped us start the new year in a peaceful, clean, and organized home. We are very grateful for your hard work and attention to detail!

PIA AND LUCILE!!!! Best cleaners. I booked itsGLO to clean my condo before moving out. At first, I planned to do it myself to save money, but I started running out of time and on a last minute search, itsGLO popped up on Google. I called and asked if they could send cleaners the next day, and they had a cancellation and were able to send two cleaners. The operator explained that since the booking was within 24 hours, it would be final—I decided to take the risk. I’d never used a cleaning company before, and honestly, I was desperate. And wow, best risk ever. I wish I could have these amazing women clean my place every month. Huge shoutout to Pia and Lucile—if you get them as your cleaners, consider yourself lucky!

Brenda did an incredible job! I love that she changed the sheets, kitchen was great and tidy including the things in the dishwasher. The place smelled clean and the bathrooms were spotless, I love details like the toilet paper. Makes it feel special. I will be glad to continue with the monthly service and be doing some add-ons to try them out. It was also very easy to book and communicate with the team.

*UPDATED REVIEW - August 8* itsGLO Cleaning has responded to my concerns, and issued a full refund. I appreciate their commitment to putting the customer first and quickly rectifying the situation. They assured my this is not typical of their staff and apologized for the issue with the broken glass. I would consider using itsGLO cleaning again, however I would not want that same staff member to clean my home. ------------- *UPDATED REVIEW - July 31* Adding an update as my email request to itsGLO Cleaning has gone ignored. In short, I had found broken glass still on the floor from when the Cleaner broke the light bulb and did not clean it up properly. My email request to them was for a refund as their negligence could have caused me bodily harm. My email to them: The quality of the work performed was far below professional standards and, more alarmingly, posed a serious risk to my safety. The cleaning was incomplete and careless, with numerous issues that clearly indicate corners were cut: -A dirty floor mat was flipped over rather than cleaned. -Surfaces, including tables and cushions, were left visibly dirty and untouched. -The windows and screen door were not cleaned at all. -A light bulb was damaged during the service. Most concerning, however, is that your employee broke a light bulb, failed to inform me, attempted an inadequate cleanup, and left sharp pieces of broken glass on the floor. I discovered this only the following morning and nearly stepped on the shards, an incident that could have resulted in serious injury requiring medical attention. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any professional service, especially one operating in clients’ homes. Given the substandard quality of the service and the health and safety hazard caused by your employee’s actions, I am formally requesting a full refund of the service fee. Please process the refund to the original method of payment immediately. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hired GLO cleaning to complete a deep clean of my balcony, which they charge $210 +HST. The staff member did a very mid job, and cut corners. My balcony is a pretty standard size, it's not by any means a large balcony. There were surfaces left dirty, she did not clean the couch cushions well. She did not mop the (very easy to clean plastic) mat, instead just flipped it over. And she broke a light bulb and didn't tell me (I heard it break). Lack of thoroughness overall. Pictures attached for proof. Would I hire GLO clean again? No, definitely not. For $210, I expected a proper deep clean.
