Jean is amazing!! I got my car detailed as a birthday gift and he did such an amazing job I’ve sent everyone I know to him! I got a car detail for my mom’s car as a Christmas gift and we have a pit bull with super thin hair and Jean took extra time to get all of the dog hair out and make it look like a brand new car- it was my moms FAVORITE gift!! Thank you so so much Jean!!

I had my car detailed and washed by JeanandJazz Mobile Detail and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attention to detail was incredible. my car looks brand new inside and out. Ron took the time to clean every nook and cranny, even spots I didn’t know were dirty. Super professional, on time, and very easy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, I highly recommend him! Will definitely be booking again. I Didn’t think my SUV could look this clean after my 7 year old and her friends spilled who knows what in the seats and carpet. Great price(you get what you pay for). I have used another company to get my interiors done but did a horrible job. If you want the job done right the first time without wasting money call Ron.

9/26 UPDATE Jean reached out and offered to have another go at my car. I was very shocked and appreciative of this gesture. They arrived first thing in the morning and addressed my posted concerns and essentially provided a full service all over again. My car looks great! I feel much better about the end result now and that the price I paid was equivalent to the level of care displayed by addressing my concerns and rectifying the situation as soon as possible; ensuring that I left satisfied with their work. I’m not sure how many other places would have approached the situation this positively so I feel confident in recommending their detailing service to others. 9/25 Originally: 3/5 Jean and his partner were very nice people and I appreciate that they come to you for their services. However, I do feel like my service was rushed and the price was not equivalent to the level of work I was expecting. For context I got the full service detail for sedans and my original appointment was set for 12PM. They moved it to 3PM because they were running behind which was not a problem for me. They also have on their site that their appointments are blocked for 4 hours which I know is dependent on the vehicle but reassured me with knowing that they would truly take their time with their work. They eventually messaged back asking to come earlier and arrived at my home at 1:30PM. They worked on my car for a little over an hour and were finished by 3PM. Jean gave me a very quick review of the work they had done and everything looked fine from what he had showed me but he seemed rushed to get to his next appointment which was a bit confusing for me since the blocks are set for 4 hrs and I was also supposed to have been his 3PM appt. This sense of urgency did not allow me a chance to fully sit in my car and asses the work done on my own. After getting in my car today, I do feel like there were quite a few spots missed and the overall attention to detail was not what I was expecting for the price I spent. Overall, I feel that my car got a good clean but not a true detail if that makes sense. It could have just been a busy day for them but I don’t believe I will be using their services again for these reasons. Pictures shown was from after finally sitting in my car.

Jean came out to clean my husband’s truck. It looks better than it did when we first bought it! We have dogs, and when I say the backseat was covered in fur, it was almost like a new layer of carpeting and upholstery. They did a terrific job removing the fur. You can’t go wrong with Jean and Jazz!

My car looks brand new again! Jean and Jazz are my neighbors, so I already knew that they are great and friendly people, but I didn’t know how great Jean is at his job! My car literally looks brand new, and there was white dog hair all over the interior when Jean and his nephew got started. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thanks JeanandJazz!
