Always stellar service here, even when something was overlooked it is identified and accountability of missed steps are taken. I had requested new wiper blades and the tech went to confirm measurements, I didn’t realize he was still searching when the rest of the car care was completed and left. He called me as soon as it was identified, confirmed no payment of services were charged and that they would be glad to assist without waiting in line. He remembered that I mentioned a trip to Tahoe and wanted to make sure I was best prepared.

Today was my first visit to Jiffy Lube, and I was really impressed with how well-oiled of a machine the whole operation is. Even though there was a wait, everything was handled efficiently. The staff communicated clearly, even pointing out a cover that was being held on with a zip tie, and they showed me my air filter so I could decide for myself whether to replace it. It’s hard these days to find good customer service when consumers are trying to spend their money, but in this case, the staff truly earned my business. The bonus was finding a coupon on their website, which made the experience even better. Overall, the service was smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed the experience. The coupons were a great help, and the quick in-and-out service made everything so convenient. The customer service was excellent—friendly and welcoming, which I value a lot.
