I try to register my daughter to Ballet classes but they are so ruff and they did not let me to explain the assignment.

My partner signed up for the virtual tease class and never received a link. Has tried contacting multiple times, including DM’s on social media and was only responded to after leaving a public comment. Since then she was directed to contact someone else who also did not respond. No way to get in touch with office. She just wants a refund or a free pass to another class.

Highly recommend the Tease class. The instructor was wonderful, very inclusive of all experience levels, encouraging, and fun. The studio was a little dark so it was harder to follow her but a great experience.
