JP Auto Body in South San Francisco was exceptional from start to finish. Our brand-new truck was unfortunately damaged, and we were anxious about getting it repaired, but Aaron and the entire JP team put us at ease immediately. From the kind, supportive onboarding experience to the timely updates Aaron provided throughout the process, we always felt informed and taken care of. The quality of their work is truly outstanding; the damaged fender was replaced flawlessly, and the paint match is absolutely perfect. You’d never know anything happened. We originally chose JP Auto Body because of their positive reviews and the cleanliness and professionalism of their workshop, and they exceeded every expectation. We were not let down. We’d highly recommend JP Auto Body for any auto body repair needs. Their craftsmanship, communication, and customer care are all top-notch.

I’ve used this auto body shop twice now, and both experiences have been excellent! The team provided great service from start to finish. My Tesla came back looking perfect, like it was never in an accident and it was spotless inside and out. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, helping me handle the insurance claim, arranging a rental car, and even assisting with a rental extension when repairs took a bit longer. Aaron, the adjuster who worked with me, was fantastic, professional, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-quality work with such friendly, organized service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing autobody repairs.

This was a Tesla-recommended body shop, and I'm so glad it is. Amazing service all around, and John Jensen could not have been any better. He went out of his way to call me and check in to give me updates on my car during the month it was in the shop. John and the JP Auto Body shop team did a phenomenal job repairing my car -- like it was brand new. My Model 3 looked like it was off the dealership and everything was super clean. Repairs were great, thank you John! (Last photo was the before)

After someone drove into my Tesla, Aaron Kesler at JP Auto Body saved the day for me with fantastic customer service and great advice on how to deal with the insurance companies. I can't speak highly enough about the detailed communications and support I received from Aaron. I recommend JP Auto Body as one of the best value and most professional I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Long story short, JP Auto Body shop is awesome! I highly recommend them. Aaron Kesler provided me incredible customer service. Aaron is a skill and proactive communicator. I really enjoyed interacting and talking with him. Aaron helped me find ways to get only OEM parts for my 2-month old 2025 Rav4 and he listen to all my concerns. The team went beyond the line of duty to get my front sensors properly calibrated and even got the whole work validated by Toyota as a triple check. The technical team did an incredible job on my 2025 RAV4. I attached a few pictures. The front of my RAV4 was devastated after a collision at 65+ miles per hours with a “ninja” deer that came out of the woods at top speed. After the repairs my car looks and feels like new. I have been driving my car for a few days now and so far I am impressed with the work. I am very thankful to have found a honest auto body shop like JP. Thanks again to Aaron K. and the rest of the JP technical team!
