Just to let the owners know if your going to hire employees that are rude sarcastic and on purpose make this an unpleasant experience your will be out of buisness quick. Explain to your staff people come here to have fun not to asked to show a wrist band every second if the day when they already asked you and it's clearly in plain sight on my arm. The attitude and and tone will keep me from comming back, some staff just seem to not like kids playing and having fun.

My kids had so much fun! The cleanliness really showed when the employees were sweeping! Jakelyn, was happy to help us work the zipline even when she was busy with another task. I recommend going during weekdays, theres no large crowds, and very kind staff.

5 stars. Ever since I started going in 2020 covid era, an employee named Adriana was and has been very helpful. From helping me book a party, to large group gatherings. The facility is clean and well maintained. There has been times attractions have been under maintenance but that’s always something that happens anywhere! Truly recommend Jumping Cholla! New attraction is good for young 3-9age kiddos!!

Insufficient padding in one place; **torn plantar fascia** (as assessed by podiatrist) just forward of heel bone; it's been **4 months** and I still can't walk on my foot properly. --- Great and fun place! The padding in the circled area here is very insufficient. It's a large plywood box with **zero** padding on the sides, and only like 1/2" padding on top. If you land on the side or edges I've marked, you're going to break something. I badly hurt my heel from a single landing on this box at the arrow shown. Jumping Cholla, please fix this. Also, the prices are a bit high. At Elevate you get 3 hours for the same price as 2 hours here. Lastly, the bathrooms are super gross and dirty, especially the floors in front of the urinals. And one drinking fountain was broken. Be sure to put on real shoes before using the bathroom. Don't wear the jump socks in there!

I absolutely loved it and my daughter had a blast. I will definitely come back. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Birthday party areas are nice and private. Lots of child supervision. Just awesome! Way ta go Jumping Cholla!
