Kate Ryan Event Rentals provided excellent quality products, and their staff was absolutely amazing! They set up everything beautifully, paying close attention to every detail. I was especially impressed that they wore gloves to prevent fingerprints on the glassware—such a thoughtful touch. They truly took great care with the entire setup. Highly recommend!

The most impressive collection of decor! The checkerboard dance floor completely set the scene and the chairs were clean and classy. The installation team was quick and efficient, and, most importantly, the staff was pleasant and kind! I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so special and unique. Kate Ryan Event Rentals was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. They were so helpful during the planning phases, offering great advice and flexibility when we wanted to change out chairs and tables. Their inventory is amazing, and I truly loved every single piece I chose—it all came together beautifully on our wedding day. One of the highlights of the planning process was getting to visit their warehouse and see our table setup in person. It made the whole vision come to life and gave me so much confidence leading up to the big day. The setup by Drue and her team was phenomenal. They really nailed every detail and tied our reception together perfectly. Everything looked stunning, and the luxury touch was worth every penny.
