Choosing the right real estate agent can make all the difference, and for us, that difference was Jim Gunsiorowski. After a disappointing first home-buying experience in 2019, we knew how important it was to find an agent we could truly trust for our move to Baltimore. We interviewed five agents, all of whom were good, but Jim stood far above the rest. What sets Jim apart is his rare combination of expertise and character. Working with him felt like getting a real education in Baltimore, row homes, and the home-buying process. Our first interaction with Jim was in 2024, when we visited Baltimore for a long weekend and toured over a dozen homes with him. With our very short time frame, the right home just wasn’t on the market yet. The Locust Point and Riverside markets were extremely competitive, but through Jim’s connections we secured our dream home with one of the city’s best builders. With a tight closing window on our end, Jim worked tirelessly, coordinating with all parties to make sure we closed on time. Every professional we encountered along the way told us, “Jim is the best,” and we couldn’t agree more. Jim’s dedication didn’t stop once we went under contract. He attended every in-progress review with the builder, something the builder himself told us he had never seen another agent do. His presence was always reassuring and perfectly timed. He knew when to step in with advice and when to give us space. That sense of judgment and care made us feel consistently supported. Jim exceeded every expectation by balancing expertise, integrity, and genuine care for his clients. Thanks to him, we are in a home we love, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We bought our first home in May 2025 and are so grateful we had Jim by our side. From the start, he was down-to-earth, patient, and incredibly informative—teaching us so much as first-time buyers. Jim and his team helped me sell my condo in Federal Hill and I highly recommend them to other sellers. I was given a very clear step by step overview of the process and timeline and thus felt assured throughout the transaction that he was on top of everything. I really like how responsive and accessible Jim was to any questions and he was confident and gave good advice on how to handle some items that had to be negotiated with the buyer. Jim and his team also went above and beyond in assisting with my ability to get this done while I was out of state dealing with family medical issues. I also appreciated Jim's knowledge of the local market and how to price my condo so that it we would obtain an offer as soon as possible.
