Bona is amazing. My partner and I went in there a week before we needed to leave out of state for a wedding. She was very busy but she squeezed us in no problem at all. Hemmed a suit and a dress. It turned out fabulous. She also reworked the top of my dress to make it more modest. She saw my vision and executed perfectly. We will be taking all of our clothes to her!!

20 bucks to get your pants hemmed to the correct length. Easy and affordable. Ready for pickup in a week. Can’t beat that!

Caution is advised. The handle of my zipper broke (with the actual zipper portion intact). I brought my coat in for repair of the handle. Instead of repairing the handle as we discussed, the tailor decided to remove the functioning zipper and place a clunky used zipper which did not function well (see photo). When I requested she put the functioning zipper back on, she said that she had thrown it out. She subsequently removed the semi-functioning zipper and returned the coat back without any functioning zipper, a state which was worse then when I brought it in. I was refunded for the poor service however she left my coat in worse condition than when I brought it and I would recommend potential customers to search for a more reliable tailor.
