We had my 12-year-old daughter’s birthday party at Laser City South Calgary yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly, prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful; everything was so well organized from start to finish. The facility is clean and very well managed, which made the whole experience even better. The party ran so smoothly and the kids had a blast. Highly recommend for birthday parties and group events!

Thank you for another wonderful experience at laser city. I took my staff here for a corporate package for 3 games. We had a ton of fun and stayed behind afterwards for pizza and gift exchange as there are tables available at Laser City. Thank you for a great time for our staff to bond over a few friendly games of laser tag!

This was an absolute blast! Our kids celebrated their birthday at Laser Tag & everything was wonderful. We had a table which was arranged for us with the signs displaying birthday person’s name. We’ve brought helium balloons and table cloth - this decoration is more than enough as nothing else is permitted. The table itself is bright - I saw some people did not use any table cloth. You can leave the jackets outside at the entrance plus there is a shelving unit for the personal belongings front of every table. They provide cutlery, 3 big bottles of drinks (by your choice), fridge use to store your food. Kids were excited about the games and the atmosphere at the party. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Maria and Gra for their attention, patience and all information. We were happy to have a birthday party here. Highly recommended to everyone 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have had several parties here. The staff here are absolutely amazing. The laser tag setup with a second floor is awesome. Really fun with large groups. They have games for entertainment while waiting for your next lasertag game. You can also bring in outside food and drink.

The fantastic staff here were nice, easy going, accommodating (let us plug in 2 air purifiers in our area) & so attentive. They noticed we ordered too much pizza, so politely suggested some changes. We also forgot utensils to cut the cake and a cake lifter and they actually had those on hand. They made sure every kid was having fun & being safe. We were absolutely blown away & the kids LOVED IT!!! THANK YOU, LASER CITY, for making this birthday party extra special & memorable!!! (Keto)
