I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service I received from LAT Studio. Despite multiple follow-up emails, it took them an unacceptable amount of time to confirm the cancellation of my children's contracts. My initial request to cancel was made on March 3rd after multiple phone calls before the month started. They kept telling me they would call me back, and they waited until I was charged to give me the information to cancel the contract. This delay and lack of proactive communication were highly disappointing. Then, I was told that my account would be "under review" and that I would receive a follow-up confirmation before the end of the week. However, it wasn't until March 16th that I received a confirmation email stating that the cancellation would take effect 30 days after my submission. The most frustrating part of my experience with LAT Studio was their lack of transparency and communication. I had to send multiple emails just to get an update on the status of my cancellation, and even then, the responses were brief and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. LAT Studio's priorities seem to be more about making money than providing good customer service. The fact that they delayed confirming my cancellation until the last minute, and only did so after I sent multiple follow-up emails, suggests that they are not putting their customers' needs and concerns first. It's clear that their focus is on money, not on providing quality customer service and human interactions. We, as paying customers, deserve transparency and respect, and we shouldn't have to wait two to three days to connect with the studio. They are quick to demand payment, but when a customer needs assistance, they take their time, giving the impression that we are not a priority. The only positive aspects of our experience with LAT Studio were the quality of the classes and the progress my children made during their time there. However, the poor communication and customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing the positive aspects. I would not want others to experience this aspect of their service, and I would not recommend this studio to others. The confirmation email I received stated that my account would remain active until the end of March 2025, despite my request to cancel effective immediately. This suggests that the studio is more interested in collecting payment than providing a satisfactory customer experience.
