I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service I received from LAT Studio. Despite multiple follow-up emails, it took them an unacceptable amount of time to confirm the cancellation of my children's contracts. My initial request to cancel was made on March 3rd after multiple phone calls before the month started. They kept telling me they would call me back, and they waited until I was charged to give me the information to cancel the contract. This delay and lack of proactive communication were highly disappointing. Then, I was told that my account would be "under review" and that I would receive a follow-up confirmation before the end of the week. However, it wasn't until March 16th that I received a confirmation email stating that the cancellation would take effect 30 days after my submission. The most frustrating part of my experience with LAT Studio was their lack of transparency and communication. I had to send multiple emails just to get an update on the status of my cancellation, and even then, the responses were brief and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. LAT Studio's priorities seem to be more about making money than providing good customer service. The fact that they delayed confirming my cancellation until the last minute, and only did so after I sent multiple follow-up emails, suggests that they are not putting their customers' needs and concerns first. It's clear that their focus is on money, not on providing quality customer service and human interactions. We, as paying customers, deserve transparency and respect, and we shouldn't have to wait two to three days to connect with the studio. They are quick to demand payment, but when a customer needs assistance, they take their time, giving the impression that we are not a priority. The only positive aspects of our experience with LAT Studio were the quality of the classes and the progress my children made during their time there. However, the poor communication and customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing the positive aspects. I would not want others to experience this aspect of their service, and I would not recommend this studio to others. The confirmation email I received stated that my account would remain active until the end of March 2025, despite my request to cancel effective immediately. This suggests that the studio is more interested in collecting payment than providing a satisfactory customer experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience with LAT Studio regarding an autograph book I ordered back in December 2023. Despite paying in full at the time of order, it is now November 2024, and I have neither received the book nor a refund. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfulfilled Promises: The studio repeatedly assured me that the order was being processed. They claimed to have placed a second order and later a third order, but there was no follow-through, and the BOOK WAS NEVER DELIVERED. 2. Lack of Communication: I reached out multiple times over the course of nearly a year. On several occasions, my emails went completely unanswered. Even after I explicitly requested a refund over seven months ago, my MESSAGES WERE IGNORED. 3. Failure to Resolve the Issue: After months of waiting and trying to resolve this matter directly with the studio, I have received no response, no resolution, and no refund. Additionally, LAT Studio’s lack of professionalism is evident in HOW THEY HANDLE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Instead of addressing valid concerns respectfully, they respond in a way that reflects immaturity and disregard for constructive criticism. This behavior further demonstrates their poor customer service standards. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a business for a year over a simple order, and their disregard for communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. If you are considering doing business with LAT Studio, be aware of their lack of reliability and proffesionalism. I would not recommend this studio based on my experience. I hope they learn to take accountability and respect their clients’ trust and time moving forward.

shows are great however kids don't learn techniques on dance. instructors just coordiograph dances. kids learn the moves but again, with no technique just like learning a TikTok dance. then they have 2 performances per year where parents pay for customs, monthly fees, AND to watch the performances ($20+ per person) in a high school auditorium.

My daughter has been a part of LAT since she was 5. She is now 18. She grew up there and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Forever grateful for all the love and support from the directors and staff, friends that turned into family, and all the endless memories we made there. Love this place!!! Will forever hold a special place in our hearts, our second home❤️

My daughter loves going to her dance classes, she is always learning new dance techniques and always having fun. The instructors are great with kids and this academy has benefited her so much and helped her come out of her shyness bubble. I highly recommend LAT Studio!
