Was out of the country for two weeks and came back to a frigid house and no heating. My old rooftop unit had died while I was gone. I called midday on a Friday and they had someone out to take a look that evening. Had an answer within an hour and we had a replacement scheduled for the following day. They said I’d be up and running by the end of the day and they were done by noon. Everyone I talked to and worked with was kind, helpful, and professional. Probably could’ve shopped around, but I didn’t wanna wait when my house was 48°. I’m happy with the price quoted, honestly less than I had feared, and my install was an upgrade from my old unit. They showed me how to use the new thermostat and left me with extra filters and also installed new smoke/CO2 alarms to bring my place up to spec. Very appreciative of their skill and speed.

Our furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. I searched and tried to book a repair as soon as possible. Lee’s was available when everyone else was booked or unavailable. The appointment process was quick and easy. We survived Thanksgiving with our fireplace and alcohol to keep us warm, and Josh was here as expected first thing Friday morning. Less than two hours later our furnace was working. Josh was proficient, professional, and took time to explain what was wrong and why. He had the part we needed on hand. Josh also gave us an idea of how old our HVAC system is and what he expected and recommended in terms of repair and replacement in the months and year to come in laymen's terms. Overall Josh and Lee’s did a great job from start to finish, and we appreciated the insights and knowledge Josh shared with us in the time he was here. I recommend Lee’s (and Josh!) for your HVAC needs.

We are always more that happy with their service and attention to detail. They have shown on multiple occasions that they are an honest company. Today we had Skyler pay us a visit. He was able to clearly articulate what issues needed attention, prioritized the issues, and explained how those issues could be corrected. That guy is a worker. He was here for approximately 6 hours dealing with our issues with a smile and pleasant demeanor the whole time. Always blown away with the pure quality and dedication of this company. Highly reccomend.

From making the appointment to finishing the job Lee’s did a great job. They kept me informed about the arrival etc. Skyler Lendley arrived on time and explained both problems, source of the leek and went to work. Did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what parts needed replacement, bought high quality parts , and when finished he tested everything. He was professional, friendly, polite, and really knew what needed to be to be done. He didn’t rush and at the end cleaned up the area and once again explained to me what was done and how the parts he used will withstand the weather elements. Once again he asked me to turn on and off the gears. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and a better person for this job and I am extremely satisfied and happy with job. From now on Lee’s will be my “ to go to” for any plumbing etc issues that may come up. Skyler left with a peace of mind and assurance that not only the problem is taken care of but also the parts he used updating the pipes etc. will be long lasting since he wrapped the pipes with material to protect them from weather elements. In short, top notch job and I will tell my friends about the service I received. I am very thankful for Lee,s professionalism, customer care, and reasonable cost.
