Not only was the place absolutely filthy when we entered (trash everywhere, unclean bathrooms, dirty grimey surfaces that take more than a day or two to get that nasty, just disgusting) but we weren't able to even properly play due to issues for all 3 computers we signed up to use (one computer required downloads for Masterchief Collection, one computer had nonfunctional audio, and the third computer had issues loading some games). I let the owner know and he gave us a refund, so whatever all good and we leave. Salem decides to direct text me because we left an honest review about the condition of the place, so here's another honest review. As an owner if you're upset about a one star review maybe you could try being on site at your business to manage it instead of relying on third party cleaners. Now the owner is harassing me and "threatening me with a lawyer" because we were not satisfied with how unclean the location was. Absolutely disgusting, it looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in months. There’s dust everywhere, the keyboards are grimy, and the trash is overflowing both in the main area and bathroom. Not to mention you can’t even play a game because nothing is downloaded (I tried playing Halo and it said the DLC wasn’t installed). Do not recommend and will never be coming back.

This place is a gem. Equipment is clean and optimal but that goes with the users/customers taking care of the place as well. Salem, the owner is nothing but tip top. Im very happy the lan center culture has someone that genuinely cares. Will be back and reccomend others no doubt.

Awesome place! I’m at a sober living facility with no WiFi and I can’t have my PC there. Level Up came in clutch so I was able to play Melee again!
