This location will charge you $150 per month and have ZERO problems scheduling group classes that take up all the newest and nicest equipment AT THE BUSIEST TIMES OF THE DAY. At some point Lifetime Corporate will hop on here and provide a generic, corporate response to this review justifying why they do this. This place should not have "blackout" times barring customers who pay good money to have access to the nice equipment they joined the gym to use in the first place. I also had to repeatedly report a creep in the men's locker room multiple times. Each time they only spoke to them and let them go on creeping people out another day. I think they finally got rid of this person, but it took this creep showing up to the gym piss drunk as well as a new report of him doing inappropriate things in the locker room to finnnaaaalllllyyyyyyy get kicked out. (I think, I will not know for certain). WiIl be canceling and never considering this chain again.
Formal Complaint Regarding Mistreatment by Paul Appleman. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during a recent visit to your location involving Paul Appleman, the instructor for the Arora Aqua class. I have been a loyal member of Lifetime for many years, and I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and dismissive behavior I experienced. I was swimming in the lap pool when Paul Appleman, who was facilitating the Arora Aqua class, decided to turn up the volume significantly. The loud noise became disruptive, so I politely asked him if he could lower it slightly. To my dismay, Paul Appleman responded in a condescending tone, stating there was "nothing he could do" and dismissed me outright. This response, along with his dismissive attitude, was completely disrespectful and showed a total lack of regard for my concerns as a longtime member. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also entirely dismissive of the fact that I was simply requesting a reasonable adjustment. This kind of treatment—especially from someone in a position of responsibility—makes members feel disrespected and undervalued, which is unacceptable in a facility that promotes a supportive and welcoming environment. Additionally, I am concerned about the lack of management oversight at this location. I understand the previous manager has left, and the position is currently vacant, but this should not allow staff to act without accountability. The absence of a manager only further contributes to the lack of proper conduct and oversight within the facility. Lifetime has always prided itself on providing a respectful and professional environment for all members, but this incident has caused me to question that commitment. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and request that appropriate steps be taken to address Paul Appleman’s behavior, as well as to ensure that all staff maintain a respectful attitude toward members at all times. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions you plan to take. Sincerely, S Ledwith
The lifetime I normally go to is under remodel. And let me start off by saying the staff at both are great always kind and on it. But I'm about ready to cancel and move on. The gym is strangely organized. But I can deal with that. But why do you have a class on Friday mornings with a handful of people in the middle of the gym. Its called Alpha and the only thing Alpha about it is the extremely loud instructor. I get classes but why don't they have over the ear heaphones for the instructor to talk to them. I'm not the only one who is irritated by it, just have a staff member walk around and ask during it like I did. I'll also say that the class in the treadmill area isn't like that, its not as loud and its softened by the walls. You would think the large classroom would be big enough to run a line of squat racks down it for the class. Unfortunately for us who have jobs that start at certain times we can't change to accomodate. So leaving is likely the only option.

By far the most I’ve spent on a gym membership, only went here for the amenities. They’re all good but you could drive 10 minutes towards Carmel and pay half the price for the same stuff. Still a great gym though, they have a lot of exclusive features for their gym. I give them that, overall good!
