Great personal service with outstanding food and presentation. Lots of food envy with the various dishes going to other tables. Had 3 tapas for between 2 guys. We smashed them before I could take a photo…that good! We struggled about getting a main as the started were a good size but glad we did! The rump cap was epic!!
Came on a Saturday night for a catch-up with a friend — my first time trying Peruvian food and it completely exceeded expectations. We ordered the Tiradito de Ají Amarillo (king fish sashimi), the Causa de Langostinos (prawn & potato causa), the Lomo Saltado with Ají Amarillo rice (beef tenderloin stir-fry), and the Langostinos al Pisco (tiger prawns with sourdough). Every dish was delicious and surprisingly impressive. The ambience is lovely and perfect for a girls’ night out or casual drinks. The only minor downsides were that it was a bit noisy and the tables were slightly small, but overall it was a great experience. Would happily recommend!
Excellent Peruvian restaurant 👌🏼 Amazing food, attentive service, and top quality cocktails. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something different. Authentic flavors, beautiful presentation, and a great atmosphere. If you’ve never tried Peruvian cuisine before, this place will definitely surprise and impress you!
Not the best Peruvian food we’ve had but it was interesting. The cocktail (Chilcano Clásico20$ Pisco, house made ginger &lemongrass syrup, ginger ale fresh lime juice, bitters ) was a bit of a let down and maybe if it had been better presented that might have saved it, but regardless I wasn’t tasting all the flavors, that it listed.over all if you like to try Peru food then it’s the place to go try it.
Lima Cantina is definitely a fun little spot in Leederville. Step inside and you’re immediately transported to South America: bold colors everywhere, little details that scream fiesta, and a vibe that makes you feel like you should be sipping something strong while dancing salsa. The owner, a cheerful Peruvian, has clearly poured his passion into the place, and it shows. Now, let’s get down to business: the cocktails? Excellent. The food? Tasty. The portions? Well… let’s just say if you arrive hungry, you may leave still planning a second dinner. The plates are more “fine art exhibition” than “feed me, I’m starving.” And while the flavors are great, your wallet might feel the sting more than your stomach does. So yes, I’m giving it 4 stars, not because I didn’t enjoy myself (I did), but because paying premium prices for appetizer-sized portions feels a bit like modern art: you’re not entirely sure if you’re admiring it or being tricked.

Authentic Peruvian flavors in a vibrant, festive atmosphere.
