Staff is very polite and helpful. My watch battery was changed while I waited and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place. I took my watch somewhere else and was told it wasn't the battery that it needed to be repaired. I decided to take my watch to London Watch & Clock Company for a second opinion. So glad I did, it saved me a lot of money.

THANK YOU for fixing the mistakes from [endless time 🚩] at the mall on my watch. The hands are properly set on the movement, priced FAR better, and all done without damaging the dial. London Watch & Clock Co charged me $15 + tax for the service vs. Endless Time charged me $110
