I reached out to this company they were very timely to get out to me for a quote quick to take a deposit for the cook top that they had to order. Time passes the cook top comes in broken I was offered a refund on my deposit and told to go look for one. I agreed I asked for my deposit to be refunded found a stove top same day and ended up installing my self when they took forever to order. This is not where this ends I was told my deposit would hit the account 7-10 business days it was the holidays around thanksgiving. I gave the benefit of the doubt and still no deposit back after no help or calls on updates I knew they were done with me so here I am writing this review still no deposit back when I keep being told it is pending, it should not take more than a full month to still not have my funds credit back to me fast to take the money but when it comes to refunds don't count on it! I hope this helps some one just be carful I know you can call them for the convivence but really you save money by finding the part your self and getting a handyman it was not hard in this case very disappointed in a company with I thought a good reputation.

My washer wasn’t pumping water out, and Chris was our service technician. He clearly explained the issue, replaced the pump, and got everything working perfectly again. Chris provided EXCELLENT service — professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you so much!

I had a perfect experience with Lonestar Appliance. They were extremely professional, easy to book with, on time, and Manny was nothing but a professional. He was helpful, walked me through the issues we were having, and extremely timely with his repair!! Highly recommend!

This company is a complete rip-off. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic, then quoted $1,000 for repairs — a fridge seal and a stove ignition. Due to the economy we were unable to schedule repairs immediately, they tried to charge me another $150 just to look at the same exact issues. Nothing has changed, yet they want to squeeze more money out of me. They are clearly preying on customers, especially in an economy where every dollar counts. Dishonest practices like this are why people lose trust in service companies. Stay far away.

Lonestar came out within 24 hours of our call and Manny was able to repair my refrigerator and show me how to properly clean my front load washer! Highly recommend Lonestar and Manny!
