The owners were great when I was purchasing a $4000 King Hickory sectional. The fabrics Lori suggested were just what I was looking for. Some repairs were necessary to the new sectional and their upholstery man came out and made the repairs. The sectional wasn't as comfortable after the repairs so I think it wasn't set up correctly. Because of our age we couldn't lift it to put it in the right position. Dan said nothing wrong with your sectional and refused to send someone out to check it. Dan is a jerk and very unprofessional. I took a cushion in to show him how it was wearing, but no assistance. They gave me the phone # for the upholstery man and he told me I would have to pay for the service call, because Dan would not pay him. I agreed to pay even though the sectional was purchased December 2024 and supposedly under warranty. The repair man never showed up. Do business with these people at your own risk, don't expect them to stand behind their products. I would never buy anything from them again. They are not what they appear to be; buyer beware. EDIT TO REPLY: In response to the lies in your reply, I am posting the photos that you refused to look at when I brought the one cushion to your store. Your technician was at my home ONCE, when he did the repairs on my new sectional. After he did the repairs, I questioned the wear of the cushions and Dan told me there was nothing wrong with the sectional and I would have to pay to have your upholsterer to come out again. It wasn't sitting comfortably and I believed it wasn't installed properly; it's very heavy and we could not adjust it. That is the ONE AND ONLY trip your tech made. There are 2 people in our home so very normal, actually light use. My husband uses his recliner not the sectional. I rotate and vacuum the cushions regularly. You did give me the # for your technician and when I talked to him he said that Dan would not pay him and it would be $80. I agreed to pay him and he said he could do it Monday Dec. 8 or Tuesday the 9th I told him Monday would be fine, he never showed Monday or Tuesday. I love the sectional; my dissatisfaction is the service that I received after the purchase. Buyer beware. Once they have your money the customer service tone leaves and you get to deal with total rudeness in the event you have an issue.
After going to a few different furniture places, Louisville Furniture was by far the best to work with, hands down. The first time I walked in Dan & Lori did not approach me immediately as if I was walking into a car dealership. I was able to browse & feel comfortable with what I was seeing then ask them my questions once I was ready. The customer service was fantastic & I loved every second working with Lori. She listened to my vision & budget & ran with it. It was as if she had known me forever because she picked fabrics that she knew I would like & we had fun the entire time we were there. Highly recommend Louisville Furniture!!!!
Went shopping for a new mattress and couch and found both in 10 minutes at the store. The experience was awesome and Dan and Lori were over the top in being helpful. They even dropped the price down on the beautiful couch. The entire sell was done so fast and so efficient we even took on 12 months no interest financing they were offering. We went back the next day and ordered a decorative table we spotted the day before just to fill our decorating list. I would highly recommend this store for you furniture needs. The service is the best in the business and Dan and Lori put the icing on the cake. It was such a plus to see the dogs also!😁
Had a great buying experience at Louisville Furniture. Lori and Dan both were great to work with. I was given plenty of space to shop with no pressure to buy anything, while still being extremely helpful. I was even able to get delivery the same day, which was awesome.
I have had negative experiences with previous furniture stores, lying about arrival dates but I was pleasantly impressed with this store! Very nice people and they told me exactly when my furniture would be delivered. They actually arrived earlier and set everything up quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this store. Cherry on top was the 3 fur babies inside the store!
