So I came here to get checked out after a bad wreck they refused to see me after I went in for a car accident well they said that I had to pay up front since I did have Medicaid. Well I’ve never heard of that. Legally they are suppose to see you then bill you later both ladies up front were so rude to me it wasn’t even cool. Then my mother in law came in with me and the one lady screamed at her said she couldn’t say anything. And she even told them I should t have to pay up front. Even the regular lake hospital won’t do that.

Terrible Staff! Bringing daughter to the clinic every month. Every month, we are never late (usually 30 to 45 minutes before appointment) However my daughter isn't seen for an hour, to two hours AFTER the appointment time. EVERY MONTH! Completely overlooked. When you ask what's taking so long or when you might be seen by the doctor, they give you the run around.

This is the most horrible Doctors office in the world! DO NOT GO HERE! Very bad additudes from the nurse and the assistants. The nurse was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and acted like she's ten years old. In reality, I was discriminated against for my method of paymen and was pushed to the side in a very unhuman like behavior. That one star is for the lady who notice the disrespect and follow me to my car to bring me my payment receipt. To say I was not even seen by my Dr is the sad part. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LIFE.

Went in with a decent sized cut on my hand. Wasn’t sure if it was stitches worthy. Before i paid a hefty copay, the dr came into the lobby and took a look. He could have easily said ‘yep needs stitches’ and got a payday from my insurance but he took the time to come out. Tell me it wasn’t bad enough for stitches and told me to call my pcp for antibiotics. Will definitely come back should i ever have an urgent care need.

Went here tonight and was made to feel like a drug addict. I was automatically told by the nurse before seeing the doctor that they don't prescribe those. I never asked for them. I only wanted relief in whatever form that may be. I wish I would have just stayed home. I am in excruciating pain and cannot rest. Fever is worse. Complete waste of time and gas money. I will treat myself before I let another doctor or so called nurse treat me like this again.
