Jess Wies and the Mad Bash team were exceptional to say the least. They brought our wedding ideas to life exactly how we pictured it in our dreams. The overall project management was flawless and at no point did we feel unnecessarily pressure or worried about everything coming together. My wife run a Film Company and know talented people when we see them. I think the hardest part for Jess and her team was managing us :) I wish there were more than 5 stars cause that's what is deserved. All the best Scott
Mad Bash was 100% the best choice we made for our wedding. If we had to do it again, MBG would be the first vendor we would book! Working with them was a dream. We planned the wedding from across the country so everything was so smooth. We had the Signature Planning which included event design--and they brought our vision to life. A special shoutout to Jess, who truly did everything to make our day perfect.
We worked with Mad Bash Group for the design and month-of coordination of our wedding, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. From our initial conversation, over months of planning, culminating in a two-event and 12+ hour day, the whole team was amazing - engaged, professional, and kind. We felt well taken care of at each point in the process and the collaborative environment they created supported and elevated our vision for the day, helping us to make more sustainable and creative choices. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. They are a truly fantastic team and we could not recommend them enough for any event planning support!
For anyone reading this review, I have one piece of advice: "If you want the perfect wedding or event, there is only one way to achieve it - hire the Mad Bash Group. Period." Every person, at some point in their lives (whether they admit it or not), thinks and dreams of their perfect match. For those lucky ones who win that life lottery, there is nothing more important than to share the love and joy with their family and friends on their wedding day. That was the case for me and my new husband. So after our engagement we began our extensive search for ideas and vendors to create the perfect and magical wedding we had in mind. That search came to a stop when I met Lynzie from Mad Bash Group and had the pleasure of working with her amazing team, Sharon and Sarah. What Lynzie and Sharon delivered was absolute perfection and pure magic. Every guest and vendor was lost for words when it came to describing the beauty of our wedding and compared it to what they have seen only in movies and fairytales! Our wedding was one of the best days of our lives, and working with Lynzie and Sharon was absolutely delightful. They were creative, professional, kind, patient, super organized, efficient and just amazing individuals to work with. Sharon never stopped smiling and checking in with us to make sure we were doing well and enjoying our day, while trying to organize 100 different things. THANK YOU Lynzie and Sharon for giving us one of the most memorable days of our lives and creating a magical night.
I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Mad Bash. They are the best of the best in the GTA. They think outside of the box and are SO creative. They take who you are as a couple and turn it into the perfect wedding experience for the couple and guests. The team is super communicative and easy to work with. They take the lead and respond to feedback quickly and professionally. Our planner Jess was a rockstar! She kept us grounded and guided us through decisions throughout the planning process. They connected us with the best vendors across the board - florals, catering, DJ, photographer, baker, a dancing robot! The know the best of the best to provide an all around fantastic event experience. Our event would not have been half of what it was with Jess and the Mad Bash team. Our guests have told us out event was the best wedding they had ever been to... and that is thanks to the partnership with Mad Bash and the team bringing our wedding dreams to life!
