Besides actually getting married, hiring Mandy was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. She was a constant source of calm, and we trusted her completely before, during, and after our wedding. Mandy’s extensive knowledge and experience put us immediately at ease. She guided us through every decision at the right time and connected us with vendors who perfectly matched our style. Every one of them was fantastic. It’s clear she is highly respected in the industry, and everyone loves working with her. She is both kind and professional. We looked forward to our meetings, and now we miss them! Mandy balanced listening to our vision with offering helpful recommendations, keeping us focused whenever we got overwhelmed. She continues relationships with clients long after the weddings, which speaks to who she is as both a planner and a person. We would talk about how much we loved working with Mandy so much that our guests were so excited to meet her on the day of our wedding! Synchronicity Strings has been the string quartet performing for many of Mandy Scott's beautiful events over the past decade or more. Mandy is a dream to work with. She is organized and calm. She puts together really stunning events and makes it all look so easy. She takes care of the behind the scenes small details to ensure everything goes smoothly on wedding day. Mandy was the wedding planner of our dreams. We had a beautiful, dreamy wedding in wine country at a venue we loved. She's incredibly adept, swift to answer, and extremely knowledgeable about everything wedding-related. Weddings are a plethora of overwhelming small decisions; she guided us through each and every one with grace and composure, and never pushed anything on us that we didn't want. As a couple, we had a few family-related crises come up in the months leading up to our wedding, and Mandy helped us deal with all the bumps in the road not only quickly and effectively, but also with a sense of calmness that was always reassuring, which was in retrospect very important during those times. Simply put, Mandy is the person that you want guiding you through one of the most important days of your lives.

Absolutely the best experience possible! Mandy helped us plan and replan (twice) our 2020 wedding, and it ended up being the best wedding we could have imagined! She was so on top of the schedule, the vendors, and all the details - we didn't have to worry about anything that day. I would recommend her to anyone getting married.

Working with Mandy for the past year has been an absolute pleasure! From the start, she was very responsive and we clicked right away. About a year out from the wedding we started meeting on a bi-weekly basis, this planning schedule along with her top notch organization skills led to a seamless planning experience up to the wedding. Mandy took care of everything and kept us schedule and in our budget range. The day of the wedding her associate and Mandy were on site early that day and took care of all aspects of setup and take down, and all the nitty gritty details in between. At the end of the day, she was a dream to work with and my husband and I miss our weekly meeting with Mandy!
