Our washing machine broke down. My husband found Matt's Appliance Care through Google. Matt (the owner) called us and asked what the issue was. Once we explained the symptoms, he scheduled an appointment with us that same afternoon. He was professional, courteous, and quick. Also, he gave us a very reasonable price to fix our washer. Matt is extremely knowledgeable in all things appliances... we asked tons of questions (everything between refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, you name it). He had recommendations and suggestions for prolonging life for all of them. He's a walking appliance encyclopedia. Great experience! I would highly recommend Matt's Appliance Care to anyone needing repairs, or even advice. Thank you Matt!

Matt came to repair our dishwasher and he was great! Talked through everything for us and explained what was going on. We needed a pump replacement and he did it right away. He is so reasonable priced too! Definitely recommend.

When he arrived, he quickly identified the issue, explained exactly what was going on, and laid out a clear plan. He scheduled the repair for the very next day. On the day of service, Matt went over everything again so I knew exactly what he’d be doing. He fixed the washer quickly, quietly, and professionally. When he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly — it looked like no one had even been in the laundry room. Great communication, honest work, and top‑tier professionalism. Matt’s Appliances did an amazing job fixing my Samsung dryer. He showed up on time, was extremely friendly, and explained everything clearly. Easy scheduling, honest and affordable. Mat did an awesome job diagnosing my Dishwasher and getting it to work. Rather than upsell me with expensive parts he just did an easy fix for a fraction of what others said it would cost to repair. Definitely will call him when I need another appliance repaired.
