Micah was so nice and helpful a literal lifesaver, I came in really close to closing time with a flat tire and he fixed it and put it back on for me free of charge because of the hard time I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend

I came into Mavis Tires & Brakes - 11540 Memorial Pkwy SW for a Lyft vehicle inspection and had a great experience. The process was quick, smooth, and well-organized. Micah was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how efficient they were and how respectful they were of my time. Highly recommend this location for inspections or tire service.

This Mavis location does exceptional work and they move at such a fast pace! Customer service is truly a lost art in these times, but when I come here, I’m reminded that there are still people who enjoy helping others. Micah and his team are amazing! Thank you for all that y’all do!

I was 2 hours from home and running out of battery power and needing an alternator. I was able to get right in and the technicians started working on my car right away. They made me comfortable in the waiting room for the 3 hour job. The place was clean and smelled good. I was able to relax in a soft leather chair and watch tv the whole while. There is also restaurants close by so I was able to get food which is definitely a plus. What else could I ask for? They went above and beyond to get the job done. They even diagnosed some other issues I had going on with my car that I didn't even know about. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and nice. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! 10 OUT OF 10!!
