I came in for an oil change and had a great experience. The team was very nice and welcoming—you can definitely tell it’s family-run. They even had coffee available, which made the wait much more pleasant. I’d definitely come back again.

I was traveling out of town and stopped in for a brake change and A/C service. The staff was all very friendly and honest. They explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what was being done, and they even gave me a discount when I mentioned the extra travel expenses I was dealing with. Great customer service and highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Meineke car care center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and transparent about everything. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repairs clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done on time, at a fair price, and my car is running like new again. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this place has earned my business for life. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t happy with my experience here. I came in to get my transmission fluid changed. They changed it out, but it was leaking transmission fluid And I had to come back the next day. They ended up charging me for a new transmission cover to fix it. Then I came in to get my AC fixed, they quoted me $1700 to fix everything. I agreed and paid! When I came to pick up the truck, I drove a block down the street and noticed the driver side vents were cold, but the passenger side vents were blowing scorching hot air! The technician didn’t even check to see if passenger vents were blowing cold! The technician also broke my dash and my A-pillar cover! I immediately turned the truck around and came back They apologize and said that they were going to fix it. The next day they called me saying that there’s other actuators that need to be replaced and was going to be another $1700! A total of $3400 to get the AC fixed! If they told me that from the beginning, and I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of getting the AC fixed! Not for $3400! I had already spent the money getting the AC halfway fixed (Which was pretty much useless since One side blows, cold, and the other blows hot) I finally came back in and told them if I get the AC fixed with them and spend another $1700 Can they at least take a look at why my horn wasn’t working and fix it. They said no and would have to charge me a diagnostic fee of $175 just to take a look! They couldn’t even do me a solid of taking a look at it without charging me after all this mess they put me through! I ended up fixing it myself and found out that it was just simply missing a fuse! I’m sure one of their technicians could’ve figured that out within 10 minutes. It was the principles I can’t get behind. first they told me $1700 to fix the AC, but then turn around and charge me double to really fix it! That was messed up and couldn’t even try and make things right by offering to take a look at my horn. Didn’t sit right with me and I didn’t feel appreciated after spending thousands of dollars there and having to make countless trips back-and-forth.

I was having a horrible experience with Hyundai service at 2 separate locations where they were incapable of diagnosing my car and they were charging for repairs that were not needed and excessive wait times. Dominic and his team fixed my car in 24hours, and actually did proper testing and diagnosis. Even better they added a little bit of gas in my car! On top of this they were very helpful and honest so I will now be using their service for sure. They’re doing business the old fashioned way, and I am grateful for them.
